Description of Work: Rich was great. He came to the house and measured the sq. footage himself. He had great recommendations and was extremely professional. The folks in the shop were all very friendly and helpful. The work went smoothly and the cork flooring and carpet still look great 1 year later. I will certainly be using rich's carpet one in the future.

Description of Work: I really can't put into words how much I really enjoyed working with Rich and his crew, but I will say that they are punctual and extremely reliable. Rich's integrity is beyond reproach. I would highly recommend this company for your carpet or flooring needs.Rich goes out of his way to make his customers happy, because he REALLY! cares. Description of Work: Rich did a great job. He first visited our house and gave us all the time we needed to select the carpet. On the day of the installation he and his crew showed up right on time. Did a great job both removing the old carpet and installing the new. Couldn't be happier. Rich cares about his business and it shows in the care he and his guys took.. I would absolutely recommend Rich and will use him again in the future!
