Thank goodness for inspections! I knew right from the start Ken was the right person for the job. Not only was he flexible with scheduling but also reliable. He called us the night before to ask us if we had any concerns we like him to focus on and gave us details of what to expect. Due to COVID-19 restrictions this inspection was done without our presence, but I knew we were in good hands. Ken completed his inspection flawlessly and called us with a summary almost immediately. He took his time explaining every detail of the report and his thoroughness and knowledge was very impressive. Ken's concern for our family’s well-being was unprecedented. He helped us realize how valuable a good inspection is. Because of Ken's attention to detail he provided us with the knowledge and guidance for our family to make the right decision avoiding unforeseen major issues that could have potentially devastated us financially and physically. It's not every day you meet someone like Ken that can prove to you that there are still honest people left in this world. “Ken, we truly appreciate all you’ve done.” I would HIGHLY recommend Ken for inspections before purchasing any home. Attention to detail is just the start. Goes I’ve the entire process with you level by level. Opinions are fair and professional. Hopefully we are not moving again but if we do we would use Ken Hartman in a second. Would recommend him to anyone who needed an attention to detail inspector. Ken came from a reccomendation and I see why.

He was incredibly thorough. He provided an itemized report with the condition and approximate cost of the areas of inspection. He also provided drawings of problems. It has helped me tremendously but his pricing is a little higher than most.

Ken’s customer service and knowledge was superb. Ken is not a “salesman”and thank God he was not “all talk”; he really knows his stuff. Ken provided a thorough and accurate home inspection. My 66 page report was prepared meticulously within 24 hours including color photos of the entire home (exterior/interior). His report assisted me in getting the seller to fix/pay for the repairs needed. Both my attorney and agent stated that many other home inspectors don’t even find or report on the items Ken addressed in my home inspection report. I initially found Ken from IKenInspect.com to perform only a roof inspection for a home I was purchasing. Not only did Ken provide me a thorough roof inspection, he also included some noteworthy items that my "regular" home inspector did not find free of charge. Ken provided me a detailed report with pictures to depict the concerns and price estimates of repairs. This was extremely helpful in negotiating with the sellers and we felt confident enough in our offer because of Ken's report. I was extremely please with the report and his attention to detail that I told him he will be the person I contact to perform my next home inspection if ever needed again. Unfortunately, the home purchase fell apart and we eventually went under contract for a different home. When it came time for home inspection, Ken was the first person I called. Needless to say, Ken did not disappoint. He provided me yet another extremely detailed and amazing report of the house which included pictures and price estimates. This again was very helpful when it came time to re-negotiate with the sellers. Ken was once again very thorough and shared a lot of knowledge with me about the house I was looking to purchase. I felt extremely confident in Ken's report that my wife and I decided to go through with the purchase of the home. We hope to be happy home owners by the end of April which much thanks to Ken!
