I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. I recently received my ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) designation. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. In addition to the ABR designation, I have the SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Representative) designation. This gives me the knowledge base to represent both sellers and buyers in short sale, foreclosure or REO situations. Katie is an morally and ethical profesional, I would reccommend her without any doubt.
Description of Work: Used Katie to find a house in South Jersey; Katie was very professional and more importantly, ethical. She was very patient, especially as I viewed over 30 homes for possible purchase. Although we couldnt find the house we wanted for at our price point, no fault to her, we were very please with her dilligence in serving our needs. We ended up renting a place, of which she found for us. When our home search begins again in a year, we will be using Katie as she has proven to be true professional in her service.
