Fabulous! I have used them many times, and will continue to use them. they are prompt, efficient, really good, professional, etc. I can't believe they can get out the stains we manage to put in.

Better than expected. I was completely impressed with the operators and the end results were outstanding. Wish I had done the the furniture sooner. This was all done after a renovation, so I really wanted to have things thoroughly cleaned.

I left a message at 4:00 a.m. on a Saturday via email and I received a response by 10:00 a.m. the same day. They were professional, punctual & neat.

As stated above we have two pets and two kids First off Classic Services came out at the time they specified. They cleaned the carpet and the couches. Its like we have new furniture and a new carpet. They do phenomenal work. The vase of roses is a nice touch as a thank you.

They were excellent. I won't need to use them again.

Just had my carpets cleaned by Classic Services, for the third time. All 3 times they have done a FABULOUS job. I would use no one else. they are prompt, courteous, efficient, and do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Comes with long list of references, and tell you how bad other re-finishers are, hiring "Mexicans" & non locals. Floors now have ripples form the uneven sanding job and dirt in the finish. Damaged cabinets and molding (pictures), claiming it was already there. Used a natural whey varnish that is unsuitable for pets. Took 2 months to do a weeks job. Claimed "dustless", check out the pictures. Stain is uneven. Too lazy to mask off freshly pained molding. Varnished over dirt and dust. photos were taken after they "cleaned".

great! I believe the really did a thorough job....washed the individual slats on all our blinds, inside of all cabinets, corners, etc....a very deep cleaning !

It went great, actually better than I expected. The arrangements were made a couple of weeks ahead of time, and as the move-in deadline approached, there was a little confusion as to the actual cleaning date. However, the crew spent the better part of 2 days working hard scrubbing, polishing, shining, going way above and beyond my expectations of a janitorial service. I was totally pleased with the work and felt that the value was excellent.

They did a great job! We needed a thorough cleaning, as we have two dogs that have had several accidents. We also liked that their products are safe for animals. They did a full estimate first and explained the pricing, and we were very happy with the results!

Arrived early, provided inspection prior to cleaning, pointed out any loose threads, etc. Finished, no mess on hardwood floor. I had a strong "storage" odor which they got rid of. A little lingering "cleaning" smell which dissipated after drying. Everything fresh and clean. Nice surprise when finished. Definitely use again.

We have 2 dogs and a beige couch, so need I say more? We had no hope of getting our couch back to its original state, but at least we wanted to get some of the stains out. We hired Classic Services at the recommendation of Angie's List and a good friend. They were very friendly, courteous and prompt, and the work they did greatly exceeded even our most optimistic and unrealistic expectations! The work was carefully done, good instructions about letting it dry, etc. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends. We had previously used Sears, but Classic Services not only did a much better job, but at a substantially lower price. We'd give them an A+ if we could.

They were AMAZING! They scheduled us super quick, arrived on time, did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpets (and very quick!) and gave us a bouquet of red roses as a "thank you"! Love love love these guys! Will be calling them again in a few months when we need another cleaning (we have two toddlers and two dogs).

The technician arrived promptly at 8:30 and finished at 11:30 on a very hot and humid day. We had removed all of the smaller furniture to the rooms that weren't being cleaned so he just had to extend the hoses through the house to get started. He worked continuously for those three hours. When he was done he turned two ceiling fans on reverse at full speed, and suggested that I turn down the thermostat as low as I could stand so that the A/C would help remove the moisture from the carpets. Before leaving he presented a bouquet of roses from the company. Nice touch. It took much longer for the carpets to dry than I expected, and I did not move anything back until 48 hours later. The manager called the day after the work was done and I told her that the carpets were rippling quite a lot. She assured me that the ripples would disappear as the carpet dried and she was correct. Altogether a good experience. The carpets are much improved and I'm thinking that I should do this more often.

Classic Services provided excellent carpet cleaning service. They were extremely friendly and cooperative when setting up the appointment. We also changed the amount of rooms we wanted cleaned last minute and they were very accommodating to our needs.
