It went spectacularly~! From beginning to end, they moved movable furniture, replaced it and the carpet looks almost like new again. Do move whatever you can in advance; other than that, no issues at all! In additionm, their price was more than fair!

I called Classic Services and I was provided with an stimate that was very accurate to what I ended up paying. The technician came the next day and cleaned my carpets... what a nice job he did!! They look almost like new! He was on time, he was very courteous and he had two big areas spotless in no time! We will be calling this company again for sure!

The serviceman was very professional and punctual. The phone staff was accomodating and friendly. The service, which was provided in our newly rented apartment, was performed efficiently and thoroughly. The carpet cleaning not only improved the overall color of the carpet and removed specific stains, but improved the smell in the apartment. My only complaint is that the previous tenants hid the a large stain with the couch (which came with the apartment). Because the couch was placed on foam platforms basically in the same place, the large stain ( and under the couch for that matter) was left unclean. Luckily we were able to get the stain out ourselves later.

They did a great job. I had some pretty bad pet stains that have vanished. I am glad I called them instead of replacing the carpet. I was able to schedule the service at a convenient time and I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. Lot's of my neighbors use their service and now I know why. They are probably more expensive than other alternatives, but it was worth it.

The carpets came out looking great and the hot water Allergy Treatment seems to be really helping us!!

I had Wendy and Chris clean the carpets and upholstery at my pparents' house. They showed up on time, accomplished the work in a short amount of time and were very careful of the furniture and other items in the rooms. Although a small job, they treated us the same as a big job. I have used this company many times before, for carpet and steam cleaning ceramic tile. Always a good result, always a pleasant experience. You may find someone sheaper, but I personally would not risk the potential damage and issues of inferior work. With this company, you can be assured of a decent job and excellent follow up

Ultimately decided to go with another provider due to pricing, however my phone experiences with the owners Wendy & Chris was very positive and I would not hesitate to use this company in the future. Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and accomodating and went above & beyond to provide me with additional helpful info.

They worked very hard. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity. They couldn't solve the problem, but they gave me my money back. It wasn't a problem that could be solved by carpet cleaning. They worked really hard and made honest attempts. It wasn't their fault. We are now removing the carpeting.

Ms. Wendy and her husband Chris came out. Our experience with them this time was very good. We had used them once before and we were very disappointed. We were not going to use them again. So, we called and told them about it. They came out and did a fabulous job and now, we would absolutely use them again. We asked them to go around the big pieces of furniture and to move the little pieces. We thought that their price was very good but we don't how much to compare it to and we don't know if it was excellent or good.

The entire experience was wonderful, from the initial communication to the follow up after the service. the cleaning man was very friendly and experienced and professional. they did an excellent cleaning job and did not charge us a lot. i will absolutely use them in the future.

The company did a good job. The furniture looks like new. The technician was competent and polite. They did have some truck problems and were late.

The price was competitive and the work was extraordinary. It was also a very pleasant surprise to be given roses after the job was done! First class all the way.

Overall this was a positive experience. The company was extremely eager to please. I was able to schedule my cleaning within a day because of a cancellation. On the day of the cleaning, Johnny arrived and gave us an acceptable estimate since there was a January sale (third room free, and we used the Angie's list coupon). Johnny was very professional, taking care to protect our furniture and to leave instructions. He even left a gift! Unfortunately, when the family room carpet dried, I could still see dirt or residue. This is an off-white carpet with a raised pile, and the raised portions still appeared dirty in a 3X5 area. Classic came back later and quickly recleaned the soiled portions.

This is the second time that I have used Classic Services. They are instantly responsive, worked with no problem with my schedule, arrived on time and quickly did what we needed. The proce was fair and the quality excellent. What more can you ask for? Will continue to use them.

Chris was very a pleasant and competent technician. His equipment was impressive, quiet, and efficient. He moved small items respectfully, finished in good time, gave a nice overall finished appearance, and gave a friendly extra cleaning of two small area rugs. Thank you!

Chris was unbelievably pleasant, professional and I have to add "good looking." He presented himself and his appearance as more an office worker than a carpet cleaner, how refreshing. Add feature Chris did an outstanding job and results are unbelievable.

Overall, very impressed with Classic Services's cleaning of my carpet. Carpet appears practically new! Only the trouble areas didn't quite look new, but they were cleaned extremely well so that they blend in and do not catch the eye. Plus, Classic Services cleaned a side chair for no extra charge although I had forgot to request it in the quote. All this they did on short notice (one week) because my home was waiting to be photographed for sale (now sold). I cannot rate punctuality and professionalism only because I didn't directly interact with them -- my home stager coordinated the service. However, I could see the before and after such that I actually overpaid the invoice as a bonus/tip to the business.

We have used them only once. They were fine but expensive. The carpets looked cleaner after they left. They had done the whole house for us.

Great follow-up to initial inquiry. Couldn't have been more accomodating with answering questions, providing an estimate, and overall trying to both educate me and meet my expectations. The carpet cleaner (owner of the company) arrived on time and did an excellent job. Got rid of stains and was very careful with furniture and hardwood floors. Best customer service I ever received. You won't go wrong with these folks. I could've gotten a cheaper price, but I'm certain the quality would've been lacking compared to this company.

They were effiecient, neat and timely. The carpets were clean and he tidied up some burns from the fireplace ashes. The pet stains were completely removed.
