So pleased everything went as expected, even better. The wood floor machine rinsed off the top layers of residue, pollutants & crud that obscures wood brilliance. Technology sure does trump the thought & drudgery of elbow grease. Just a quick look at the rinse water, you'd agree completely. Call it a little pampering for the wood floor, or call it that satisfaction of that deep clean feeling! Will ensure lasting beauty and shine without lifting a finger! Glad we could be of service.

I know it is very unsettling when someone has water damage, quite frankly we know it turns the house upside down, and homeowners feel like they have been landblasted out of no where. Our goal is to do the work needed while offering reassurance that life will get back to normal. We appreciate that you saw our efforts and I believe it was helpful to you. I am also pleased we were able to clean the marble on the main floor, and coordinate the new carpet in the basement. Description of Work: They were very responsive and polite. I had a chocolate spill on a wool carper and wasn't sure that it would ever come out but they did an excellent job of removal. According to the bill they said that they cleaned the carpet but the cleaning was mediocre at best.
