Workers were on time and polite/professional. The work was done quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. A very good experience.

This is the second time we've called My Electrician to do work for us. The first time we used them was in August 2015. We gave them an A+ rating at that time and they deserve an A+ rating again. We contacted Nick through email on Angie's List. It was a holiday weekend - New Year's Eve. Since it wasn't an emergency, we didn't expect to hear back until after New Year's Day, about 3- 4 days later, but Nick emailed back shortly and wrote that he'd call us later in the weekend, which he did. We requested that Michael do the work because he had done the previous job and we were very happy with him and his work. We scheduled an estimate for 3 days later when my husband would be home. Michael called about 30 minutes prior to the 9:00 am appointment to say he and Robert were on their way, and sure enough, they arrived promptly as scheduled. We were given a reasonable estimate and they were able to do the work the same day. We were glad they could do the work in the moment and not have to schedule another day to come back. Michael and Robert were polite, pleasant and finished the job within a couple of hours or just under. After they left, my husband noticed the one coach light on the right-side of the garage wasn't even with the one on the left side of the garage; it was about 2" lower. He called Nick and Michael and was told they would return in a day or two to adjust it but they came back later that same day. It was getting dark and it was cold but they corrected the light position. My husband was very pleased they came back the same day and we are both very happy with the quality of work this provider offers.

I contacted My Electrician through the Angie's list website. I received a prompt phone call from Nick to gather more information on the problem. He initially offered to help troubleshoot over the phone but then after providing him additional insight we both agreed a technician would be needed. He agreed to have a technician come the very next afternoon. His technician Christian arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and offered several approaches to solving the problem. I am very satisfied with my experience with My Electrician. The electrician that did the work, Michael, was a true professional. He did a comprehensive review of my issues and came up w/ a reasonable rate for service.

Rob and Mike from My Electrician have been nothing but great. They first came out and provided a free estimate for some minor electrical work. They were on-time and courteous, provided their suggestions and opinions in a respectful way, and provided me with a written quote before leaving. The quote also serves as a contract, and unlike other agreements is not a CYA on the provider's part, which I appreciated. The pricing was very competitive. A week later, Rob and Mike came back to do the work. They showed exactly on time that was agreed upon the day prior. They came back with questions on a couple of small details. Before leaving, they tested the GFCI outlet they had installed, found it malfunctioning and replaced and re-tested it on the spot. Everything was completed in less than 2 hours. I have nothing but praise for them, as well as Nicholas, the owner. Finding providers who are knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest can be a challenge, but I'd not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

The employees at My Electrician made the whole experience completely relaxed. From Nicholas calling me within a couple of hours of my online request for help to Michael and Christian who did the work and were professional, polite and pleasant. Nicholas called again prior to the arrival of the electricians to confirm the time. How many providers give you more than one confirmation call about arrival times? The communication and attention was appreciated. They were punctual to within a few minutes of the agreed upon start time, they obtained the work permit for us from the township and we only had to reimburse them for its cost. The permit was in the window before work began. I also appreciate how they saved us from running around with the township in getting the work permit. One of us would've had to take off from work to manage this. Michael had told us when he first gave us the estimate that we would not have any electricity during the work and it would take from 4 hrs - 6 hrs to complete the job, so I was prepared for hours without electricity (my husband and I finished the ice cream that was in the freezer the night before the job---good excuse to eat ice cream--no electricity!) The job was done exactly at 5 hrs. They were polite from start to finish. Michael took some time with me at the end of the job to explain about the work he did and about the new electric box. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work. We plan on putting in a couple of new electric lines, replacing some outlets and want to have replacement fixtures installed. We will definitely use this provider again for more work.

Christian quickly discovered the cause of the power outage and immediately fixed the problem. He was extremely professional and courteous . Price quoted for service was on target and extremely fair. I will definitely use them for all my electrical needs.

From beginning until end, everything went smoothly. First contact was timely, price was decent, Michael & Robert were professional, and the lights look fantastic...One of the better experiences we've had with contractors and we'd use them again.

Fantastic service! My power had been going out regularly in my very old house and had gotten to the point that use of multiple devices at one time meant a power failure. I called and had someone out to the house in no time. This review is a long time coming, but I was very happy with everything. In fact I've called them again on two occasions, one of which they came out to the house on the same day as the call. Definitely my go to electricians now!

I had an absolute great experience with My Electrician, LLC--- I sent an email requesting an estimate to install an electrical outlet under the sink for a new garbage disposal. Within an hour, I received a call back and was informed that they could stop by first thing the next morning to provide the quote. Upon initial inspection, it was determined that my circuit breaker was at capacity (there were no available spots in the breaker to add a new line). However, Nick and his team were very friendly and worked with me to come up with an alternative solution to keep the cost down. Nick and his team never tried to "upsell" me --- and did everything possible to complete the job properly at the most reasonable price for me. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and honest company--- and I plan on using them for any electrical work in the future.

The electric company came out and said the wire coming to the house was faulty . They repaired the line free of charge. I am grateful to Nick for the advice to call the electric company and saving money. He will now be my go to Electrician.

I lost power in part of the master bedroom and the master bath. Called these folks in the evening and spoke with the owner who was very responsive and helpful. A technician was at my house the following morning within the time frames I was given, quickly finding the issue with a wall socket. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He took the time to show me the problem and explain it thoroughly. Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Highly recommend this company!! Will use them to replace all the outlets in my house because of their service, fair prices and responsiveness!

The provider came the same day as called at the the approximate time agreed upon. The electrician was friendly respectful and thorough, identifying a problem with an outlet which we learned could have turned into a fire hazard. He provided additional advice regarding dealing with things like complete power outages and on top of his service he checked to assure the electric leads to an attic fan that had been removed had been safely disabled.

The guys were here about an hour after calling. Easy fix for them, and had the switch replaced in just a matter of minutes. Very professional and will use these guys again for future projects.

I love this company. I have had multiple contractors to my home this year for different types of repairs or updates and I can absolutely state they were one of the most professional, courteous and pleasant technicians I have dealt with. My technician took the time to explain what they would do, how much it would cost per fixture and once approved went about his work neatly and quickly. We originally called to get our pool circuit fixed as it fried in a thunderstorm the thursday before my sister-in-law's 16th birthday pool party at my house. Our pump couldn't be on because the panel was smoking and sparking, so we needed it fixed quickly. They came out the next day to fix it for us. We were pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism, so we asked them to give us a quote for the rest of our electrical TO-DO list. They came out a week and a half later and did all of the above tasks, even a few we asked them about on the spot. They were very clean and professional throughout the day. There was a mishap with some drywall in our garage, but they came back the very next day and fixed it good as new. I was VERY happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. My husband feels the same way.

I didn't sleep well due to no A/C, no idea who to call, not sure what kind of electrical fix would be needed and how much it would cost, not to mention how soon it could be done. I was impressed with the number of positive consistent Angie's List reviews for My Electrician, so I gave them a shot by calling at 730 am. I spoke to the owner (Rick) and although I was a little cranky, he was extremely personable, professional and willing to help. He was able to send a team out within an hour and half due to lack of A/C in this weather and didn't charge the emergency rate. The electricians who did the work, Michael and Rob, showed up when expected, were skilled, professional, knowledgeable, polite, and even wore shoe booties into my home. They immediately diagnosed the cause of the GFI tripping (the badly wired three in one) and ID'd the related problems of having the entire basement circuit linked to the GFI, the worst being the A/C condensation pump and sump pump not being dedicated (I was already aware of this based on the previous night's events). They explained how those 2 issues could be fixed within code as well as the pros and cons of my concerns of getting second circuit installed. They did not try to force me into anything - they explained the facts and left it up to me. They answered all questions and concerns, patiently explained all work and options as well as the estimate. I had the original bad outlet fixed, the GFI replaced, and dedicated outlets installed for the A/C and sump pumps. I'm happy and impressed with the quality of the work and the people. You get what you pay for and think they provide good bang for the buck.I highly recommend and now have a go-to electrician.
