Jersey is pools is the best. Sat down with owner and manager. picked pool style wanted . they explained everything in detail . no pressure no sales pitch. Dropped of scheduled deposit. three weeks later they where there marked out pool two days later they dug the hole and at the end of that day pool was in ground full of water. concrete was done 3 days later. Cant say enough good about them great service dept also. everyone there is over the top.There project manager on scene was the best knows his pools. he paid attention to detail.everyone on the ground new there job an did it perfectly.

Great experience building the pool of our dreams

The preliminary estimate was a little high, but I already knew that their prices ran a bit higher that other local company's. I felt that they were worth a little more, since they were so much more professional than the last pool service we had used. I was a little shocked, however, when we received the final price. It jumped over $1000.00! Since the new price pushed the job over $6000.00, we felt a second estimate was in order. I called a second company ( Aloha Pools, found on Angie's List) and asked about having both the heater replaced and salt unit added at the same time, using the same make and model of both, just to make sure the estimates were truly comparable. Over the phone, I saved $1200.00! The job was done a week later by Aloha. The guys were even more knowledgeable and professional than the guys from Jersey Pools. There was a small issue with the installation due to settling caused by rodent holes. I called Aloha and the same installer came back the next day and fixed the issue with no problem. He couldn't have been nicer. It turns out, you don't have to overpay for responsive and professional service.

This company seems tobe good, we receive an estimate and it was a little pricey. The manager was very nice and set up a pool leak specialist to come to the house and dive in the pool for leaks. We didnt hire this company due to cost, however they seem like a great comapany and prompt.

Did a great job installing an in-ground gunite pool. Helped coordinate landscaping with landscaper. Worked with our budget and they were always available to answer questions or address concerns. Steve and Gary run a first class operation and we would recommend them to anyone considering investing in a pool.

I've been dealing with them for quite a few years. The experience has been very good. Their prices are kind of average. I will definitely continue to use them.

The schedule work and the additional tasks were completed on time. The representative who came could have been more professional. I did find that a winterizing plug was left in one of skimmers afterwards. The representative also told me that he could not get the heater to turn on. I told him I would check it myself. I found the gas valve, located next to the heater was turned off.

It actually started well but they did not finish and then the whole process was delayed. They did not return calls and the process took over 6 months to complete. I then had some problems with the equipment and again they did not return calls. When they did arrive the work area was not cleaned and then it took a long time for them to return to complete the work. It was still not completed to my satisfaction.

I love them, but they didn?t put the pool pump back to drain the pool. I don?t know why they didn?t do that. The same person used to come back, but it hasn?t been happening lately. They also have a store that I can go to and get what I need. The pricing is normal. The quality of their work has been good, but I did have some trouble with the filter. It was back and forth. They didn?t have the parts and they had to come back. They are responsive. They always call back when they are coming, but they had to come frequently because it didn?t get done each time.

I was having big family party with all these little children. The spa was not working and my pool company wouldn't come out. Then my husband started looking for another pool company and found Jersey Pools & Spas Inc. They have been very, very good. They don't always send out the same person but the people they send out have been very professional. We've used them ever since for pool opening and pool closing. They come out in a timely fashion, their prices are probably normal for anyone, I don't know, average for the area I suppose because they are in a more upscale area. They have a store so that you can go to the store and buy stuff; it's not just a service company. I will keep using them.

THEY ARE A UNIFIED TEAM OF HIGHLY TRAINED SPECIALISTS. THEY ARE ALSO CERTIFIED POOL/SPA OPERATORS. AS SOON AS I CONTACTED THEM, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN DAYS, THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, AND THE SCHEDULING AND REMEDIATION WAS SMOOTH.
