+ -1 moreMr. Kalis offered a "special deal" for firewood. He said if I put half the money down in the spring, he would deliver 3 cords of seasoned oak firewood in the fall. This special offer was to give me a rate of $100 per cord, so I gave him the down payment of $150. However, he did not deliver anything until about October 30, at which time he delivered 1/2 cord of unseasoned firewood. When I informed him that the firewood was not seasoned he made counter claims, despite the fact that it was obvious the wood had been split, probably, just before he delivered it, and the fact that I tried to burn it and it wouldn't light. He and I finally agreed that I would accept one more delivery which would consist of one cord of wood, but, as of today, he has not followed through.
Description of Work: Mr. Kalis never delivered either the full product or the quality of product that he promised.
