I had years of water damage to my home that I was unaware of until it started affecting the interior. The water damaged was caused by the contractor of the builder who negligently did not install the proper flashing on my exterior bricks and did not put flashing tape around my windows. The first contractor that I hired to do the job was unresponsive. Then I looked at HomeAdvisor and got Angel. He was on time, and he is so knowledgeable and honest. Angel explains what the problem is and how it should be fixed; he also explains why it should be fixed that way. If there are other options, he explains that too. The interior of my walls was so damaged, dry-rotted, and molded. Angel had to take the entire front off. His team of workers are professional, knowledgeable, and does supreme work. Angel gives premium work with standard prices. He loves what he does, and he is great at it. He referred a masonry for the bricks; DS Orellana 609-214-4674. Angel and DS Orellana are my Contractors for life. I already have them both on another project. God has truly blessed me with ZZeos Home Renovations and DS Orellana.

I asked Angel to undertake an urgent wall repair job, to "try to fit my job in." I had water damage which displaced the apartment's occupant. Angel's schedule was already full. While being very upfront, he kept me informed, never misled, and in a few days he found a way . His employee Claudio was very professional as he performed the work , completing it in a couple days, worked quickly while being very clean & considerate of the lady occupant as he worked. I could not be more pleased with a contractor than I am with Angel & Claudio of ZZEO.

They were able to turn my harry homeowner project into a beautiful looking property. ZZeo s found work that was done improperly by another contractor was able to inform me and then fix the problem at a fair cost. His work is extremely detailed and high-quality.

We hired ZZeo's to remove carpeting and to install a wood floor in our dining room, also to prep the ceiling and walls for paint, and then paint it all. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship and very happy with the results. There was no fuss, no drama, just a job well done. ZZEO'S, especially Angel, did a beautiful job on my front porch using Trex, all the miter joints perfect, workmanship perfect, attention to detail perfect, they are the best, would highly reccomend them for any type of work needed. Cant say enought about his work ethnic. Simply the best.
