I have hired Bill for several projects on my house. He did my driveway, parging of my foundation, slab removal and stone replacement, crawl space filling and some landscaping work. I have been so pleased with the results of every project. Bill is a personable hard worker and his work is of the utmost quality. He shows up on time and stays until the job is done. His wife, Allyson is also so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Local Boyz for any home project you may have.

The edging was not what I expected. Edging was good in some areas and not noticeable in other areas. The clean-up was good in some areas and non-existent in other areas. Not worth the money. I will not hire them again. The best part - Customer service was prompt.

I recently hired Local Boyz to break up my existing concrete patio which was pitched towards my house and not the best looking. First when I had Bill come to my house for an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and I could tell that he had lots of experience. His father, also named Bill works with him and the both of them have an insane amount of experience. Bill senior even used to teach masonry so you know that theyâ re pros. Bill and his team were very patient with me as I altered the final plans multiple times. Their end goal was to just make me happy which they did. I now have a large patio with a custom bump out for a fire pit that I installed, along with a nice sawcut and stained border that gave my patio a great decorative touch. They were always on schedule, professional, and affordable!!

Local boyz (Bill Cunningham & father Bill) were amazing from start to finish. The office manager (Allyson) was so helpful and approachable. Not only did they show up when they said they would, they were always early! They demolished old outside steps and added beautiful new steps with railings. They exceeded my expectations, not to mention they are really nice people to deal with.

Local Boys (Bill Cunningham) was fair priced, on time, and performed quality work for us. We saw another project completed by Local Boys (Bill Cunningham) and were impressed with the quality of the work so we had them quote a large patio (1,000sqft) with multiple levels. The price was extremely fair for the work and we could not be happier with the outcome. We even added a few things on to the project and Bill handled all of the changes with ease. The guys showed up on schedule when Allyson said they would be there, and the electronic payment of the invoices was simple and convenient, especially during the COVID-19 times. I would definitely use them again for any concrete/masonry work and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

OMG I had 3 contractors from here to give me estimates for a replacement retaining wall. Local Boyz were the cheapest by 1/3 and did an exceptional job.. as a matter of fact I recommended them to my friend who also are hiring them. I would hire them again.
