I give their pricing an A because they charge a little more than other contractors, but that's because they don't cut corners. They do the right work, don't sell unnecessary garbage, show up on time, and communicate. This is unheard of for contractors, and I'd gladly pay slightly more to make an investment in my property, as well as to not wonder when they'll show up. There isn't much more to say than they did what they said they'd do. There is no higher compliment to be given to a contractor. I've already referred one friend to them, and I'll keep doing so in the future. If everyone in the contracting business worked like Jim Burke and his crew, home ownership would be far less painful. I did experience problems getting warranty work done on a new air conditioner that stopped working after only a few days. It took four visits for them to fix it, so my new air conditioner wasn't operational for two weeks. One time, they stopped by to fix the AC while I was at work (which is fine), assumed they'd fixed the problem after installing the new part, and left. However, they hadn't actually fixed the problem, and they didn't tell me that they'd stopped by, so I waited for several days before calling them (I thought they were still waiting on a part) and finally getting them to come out again. If they'd just called or left a note to let me know they'd come by, I could have told them that their repair didn't work, and they could have resolved the problem much sooner.

They have good customer service. They call you back. They come out and give you estimate. They have good office. They come out at the time they said they were coming. The quality of their work is good.
