Mr. Phy met with three of the six siblings for an initial meeting. He was very informative and we were impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. Since the other three siblings were coming for a family reunion, we asked him to come back to the house again and give his presentation to all six of us. Mr. Phy patiently answered many questions while explaining the selling process to everyone. All were impressed and readily agreed to sign a contract with him. Upon signing the contract, Mr. Phy came back the next day and took many photos of the interior and exterior of the house and property. He immediately established an impressive presentation that went on many realty websites. From the listing to the closing was a mere 44 days! During the escrow process, Mr. Phy met with the appraiser and each inspector that came to the house. He even personally took care of replacing a faulty smoke detector. He was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He had a very efficient office staff working with him. He took care of all interactions with the buyer's realtor and even helped settle a last minute snag with the mortgage company. Mr. Phy was very knowledgeable of all the necessary steps to sell a house and gave us great confidence that we could get through the process in a timely, efficient, and low-stress manner. He was very pro-active and professional. His enthusiasm and passion for his job were very evident. Our family would highly recommend Mr. Phy to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.
