Description of Work: Conrad tiled our main bathroom floor and corrected some minor damage to the subfloor. He also installed new lighting fixtures in the same bathroom.

By far, his overall work and work ethic far exceeds any contractor that I have dealt with. Conrad has years of experience. He is very honest, reliable, and his work is meticulous. His workers project the same qualities that Conrad has. Next time I need any work done, Conrad will be the first and only person that I will call.
Description of Work: Conrad installed new Cedar Impression siding and a new eyebrow with roof on the front of my house. He also removed a double window, closed in the opening, and expanded a single window to a double window.
