Beware - look elsewhere. I have been dealing with Sprinklers for the last 25 years. Every year the same thing. Opening and closing/winterizing. This year the company I used to deal with went out of business and I decided to try Royal Irrigation. I have 3 zones and a cabana that the same pip as the main sprinkler system. I spoke to 2 different people from Royal clearly explaining to them my situation making sure they are prepared when they come - both confirmed their understanding and the price - 3 to 6 zones for $99. The guy comes fully unaware of the cabana and refuses to do it. Then he calls the office and confirms that the cabana is on the order. Now he wants $100 extra - again he calls the office. The office calls me, apologizes for not sending the right person - the "guy is too junior to deal with cabana and not authorized to do so" - now they need to send a more senior guy but can do it only in 6 days. "Cold is coming... Since you have made a mistake, could not you do it faster?" - the owner of the Royal - Ed - picks up the phone and makes sure I understand that he does not want my business anymore. Great... we just spent an hour arguing about something that usually takes 15-20 minutes all together. Anybody could make a mistake, but how you deal with it and the responsibility you take for it defines the way people respect your business. Royal Irrigation does not deserve any respect - look elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. On-time and also alerted me by text when they were on the way. Tyler diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes; fixed it quickly and checked to make sure it stopped leaking. Very professional! Even showed me what to look for if it leaked in the future. These guys did my installation, have changed sprinkler heads for me, and blow out the system every year. They are always professional, Highly recommend them!

Very prompt, professional service. Technician gave us a good review on programming the control box and making minor adjustments to spray heads. Will definitely call them to winterize the system and if future repairs are needed.

All services were pereformed timely and very neat and clean job. System operation was explained thoroughly.

The company is wonderful. The installation was neat and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and prompt.

We only see them twice a year but they are very relaible. They come out twice a year for maintenance and if anything breaks they come and repair it. I am very pleased with the work they have done for me.
