+ -1 moreReceived an estimate to replace stair treads and banister on existing stair case. They were the only bid I received and it was too expensive for us to do now. I don't really know how their pricing is compared to others.

+ -1 moreThe whole job was seamless and very professional. Later, when I determined that I wanted to change one feature on the hand rail, they provided me with the piece of wood I needed to do so. They stained it and delivered it to my house, free of charge.
Description of Work: They removed our old iron interior stair rails and installed new oak post to post railing. Also installed a new hand rail on a lower flight of stairs. They stained and finished the job the same day. The whole job went smoothly. One guy arrived early to remove the old railing and the carpenter arrived early also. The carpenter was a character but was very pleasant and hard working. Rich Barrett arrived that evening to do the final staining and sealing.

+ -1 moreRich Barrett (owner's son) came to my house for an estimate and a portfolio of pictures of various types of indoor wooden rails. I selected the type I wanted. Within a week they were installed. John, the installer is a master craftsman who has been installing rails for 26 years. He was courteous and diligent in completing the work. Rich came a few days later as a follow-up to inspect the work and to finish staining the rail tops. Both men were meticulous and professional.
Description of Work: This is a family owned business. I had wooden indoor railings installed in my living room, dining room and hallway.
