Excellent, he was right on time! Very clean, courteous and efficient. The guy was able to do all these tasks within an hour and a half. He came fully equipped. I later spoke to his boss about future jobs, and he was real helpful and accommodating, he spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things.

From the initial call for service, Gina was exceptional. She asked all the appropriate questions, took her time and explained what I should expect from the actual service being performed to the breakdown of the cost. The technician ran behind schedule by 3 hours and this made me very nervous; however, not only did I receive a courtesy call from Gina but I also received a call from the owner of the company, Steve. He assured me that they were coming if he had to come himself and again explained what to expect and who to expect. Craig came with a smile and not only was he professional, he explained what the issue(s) may be and was able to replace the guts of both toilets. The second bathroom posed a huge challenge but he made some recommendations that I followed after he'd left and they worked. In doing research prior to contacting Mr. Handyman, I found that their were other companies that were a little less in price (hence the score of a "B" for cost) BUT I must say that they were worth it. They guarantee their work and I was very pleased overall. I work in a high paced environment that requires a ton of positivity, excellence and patience when providing great customer service. I share this because is extremely important to put the customer first and Mr. Handyman is an example of that. Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I would totally recommend and use them again. They are punctual and friendly - we never got the run around, their work was perfect.

The job went well. The office was extremely responsive and Steve was helpful with suggestions and thorough with his explanations of the work to be done. They showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job within the estimated timeframe they provided. Overall, the job was done well and the base they built seems solid and sturdy. They only negative is that they were pricey. I received other estimates that were considerably lower, but I needed the work done within a few days and Mr. Handyman was the only one who could accommodate such short notice. Given all other factors, I would definitely consider them again if the need arises.

Honest, profesional, punctual. I hired their services after reading some reviews about their company. Last year we changed our old carpet and when removing the old carpet from the stair stringers we noticed that there was a significant gap between stringer and wall. I called Mr. Handyman and the person who took my call was very nice and courteous, I tried to explain what the issue was and the guy (sorry can't remember his name), told me he had a technician on the area that could stop by and take a look (this free of charge). George arrived actually sooner than expected which was great, and he gave me a few options. A couple days later I called to schedule the job. George arrived that day, was punctual,very nice and professional. Finished the job in the hours he had estimated. He gave me the service invoice for which I wrote a check. A few minutes after he left, he knocked back at my door to tell me that, he realized he had overcharged me with some of the materials, so gave me the check back and gave me the correct amount for which I wrote a new check. I have to say that I was very surprised, if not shocked, by his honesty... another person would have just taken the money. I am very satisfied with the company and their work. Would recommend and would definitely call them again.

They did it all in one day. It was very quick, and everything is fine. The product is great, and we're very satisfied with how the project went from start to finish.

Excellent job. This was a job that demanded a delicate hand so as not to do damage to the cabinets. The workman was timely, careful, thorough and considerate.

All went well. Craig was excellent and very professional. There are no issues with the work at all. The cost of the service though is way too high. If the company made its services less expensive, I'd use them for all my needs.

I inquired for service via their website and I received a call from Donna within an hour or so. We didn't schedule a set time due to my schedule, so we scheduled for the repairman to come after his first appointment of the day. I received a call about an hour before Anthony arrived. Very professional. Very knowledgable. Very pleasant. I had to leave the house for an hour and felt comfortable leaving him there working. Anthony cut out a section of our dining room ceiling that was bowing due to water damage. He replaced the sheet rock, patched, and matched the ceiling texture. When the spackle was drying, he did the other work. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman and Anthony!

Anthony arrived right on time at 8 AM and had the repairs done in an hour and a quarter. Most of the cost of the work was parts for the door. We had had this door repaired by an actual Anderson repairman a few years ago, and it broke almost immediately. Anthony was very careful and knowledgable. He showed me why the door had broken so fast before and what he had done to keep this from happening again. We've had Anthony here before, to repair wall damage. His work is meticulous, and he is SMART.

I own a townhouse as a rental and i received a call from my tenant. The Storm door had suffered some wind damage and needed repair. I contact Mr. Handyman and they showed up 2 hours after my first contact to assess the damage and sent me photos of what had happened. They secured the door for the time and returned the next day with all the necessary material to complete the repair. It was done supper fast and we even received pictured of the completed repair. I would recommend them to friends and will use them on future jobs. Thanks again!

They were helpful and the prices that they Quoted seemed fair and reasonable. We called them because of a miner basement flood. Did not use the service because we decided to do the work ourselves.

Very professional, on time, sheet rock repaired, spackled, sanded(no dust) repainted whole kitchen ceiling. Very satisfied! Would use again!

Repalcement of octaganol window in bathroom. Job went smooth. They were on time and total cost was in line with cost estimate that originally given.

I was told by (Stephen, owner) how much it would cost : low end range was 600 to 750 and high end range was 850 to 900 area. It ended up being close to 1250 (minus the 15 for materials). Additionally they were not able to get to replace the toilet seats which i did myself. They also did not get to the final painting in most rooms due to lack of paints i had, which i did myself. This could have been avoided if the handyman was smart enough to point out first thing in the morning when he took stock of the materials. Also there was not touch up required in master bedroom. Reduced scope and more than estimated.Water filter was not removed as well from kitchen. Good responsiveness, good in punctuality. Handyman Anthony arrived on time and we spent about 45 mins making sure we had all the materials. he advised me to get some materials which were missing while he worked on the items. he did a great job with building the under sink. He could have been faster with paint and spackle jobs. My biggest complain was that after 45 mins of consulting first thing when he arrived he still missed out the fact that the paint i had was not good and rusted and unusable. He could have easily pointed this out during the 45 mins consultation and that would have given me enough time to get the right paint as that was the last thing done. i feel paint jobs are better of left for handyman who quote you flat rates, as there is a lot of time that can be wasted here and you might end up losing if charged hourly.

Donna was professional and very clear on the phone about what they will do, how long it will take and the pricing of their services. Scheduled a convenient day for service. Showed up on time, after a call that they were on their way. Anthony was very cordial, efficient and did everything we discussed. He was knowledgeable, clean and finished before I knew it. I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends in the area and I will use them again.

I hope that "A" is the best that I rated above. They did a great job on all the tasks I asked for and the tech was friendly and very knowledgable.
