It went very well and we were very satisfied with them. They were prompt and did what they said they would. A couple things we said we wanted them to do they said we shouldn?t, so they didn?t try to make busy work for themselves.

Arrived on time. Could not fix current fixture as switch was sealed. I had to go to dept. store to get new fixture which he installed. He cleaned my gutters while I was shopping. I had an outside faucet that was leaking badly but he could not repair it. Because of the nature and location of the faucet, he felt a plummer was necessary. I appreciate that he did not try to do something that he was uncomfortable with. Was at my house for 31/2 hr.

Initially spoke with Steve, who came out quickly to provide an estimate range. Steve was very professional and explained his pricing system, which was hourly. After receiving several other estimates, one of which was double what Steve had provided, we went with Mr. Handyman. Rob came out over 4 days and did an excellent job with everything. Rob was scheduled to arrive at 8 everyday. On the day he was picking up supplies first, I received a call advising me that he would be a few minutes late. Upon completion of all the work, the final bill came in on the low end of Steve's initial quote range. From beginning to end, this was an excellent company to work with and I would definitely use them again.

He was good. Everything was very good and very professional. We spent about $300. I will use him in the future.

They were okay. I thought they were a little bit expensive.

I haven't used them. The quote was on an hourly basis. They were good. I liked the fact that they charged by the hour and not on a project basis. They were responsive. I called them and they picked up the phone. They walked me through everything and they told me the quote right then and there. They were professional. They were very businesslike and explained the process.

They were professional, punctual and did a great job! It cost a bit more than some other companies I called but they were in contact throughout the process and the finished product looks amazing. These guys are very good at what they do but also have great people skills. Not creepy AT ALL and great carpentry skills. They called when it was going to rain and rescheduled a day ahead of time. I never felt that they weren't going to do exactly what they promised. I highly recommend this company.

My Tech was running late due to unforseen traffic,I received two calls from Donna who kep me informed of his location and timeline.From start to finish the owners Donna and Steve and the Tech Mark made this a pleasant experience.Marks time estimate was spot on ,his work flawless and neat.He was pleasant and professional. I will definitely use Mr Handyman for future projects.You definetely get what you pay for!!!

He was not interested in the job as he felt it would be too much of a headache. He called me back, but was pretty rude and abrupt with me as if I was wasting his time. The rails on my stairs had been covered by quarter inch plywood and it looked really nice. I wanted to see if I could restore it back to its original condition. I ripped all that plywood off and all the carpeting. It was a complicated, meticulous job because it involved taking sheets of plywood and cutting them so that it would fit around my wooden stairs. I would not contact him again.

They were not cheap, but it was so worth it. He arrived on time in a nice van wearing a clean uniform. He spoke clear English. He went over all the work to do before he started. The prices are right on the invoice, so you know how much you are paying because you pay by the hour. All the work was done at a quick pace, but with attention to detail. He even cleaned up when he was done. If I ever have anything else to get done, I will be sure to call them back!
