Description of Work: They provided an estimate on back and neighbors side fence. We think for the small back fence the cost was a little too high, but they were nice and we would use them for other services in the future.

Description of Work: The main thing done was fix two 2(to crawl space and garbage area) that were damaged in Hurricane, fixed by a carpenter and then re-damaged because they were not secured correctly. He also fixed some lights and a few other small projects.

Description of Work: I spoke to the owner. He called me immediately, from his cell. I was very impressed by his candor and professionalism. As a matter of fact, we discussed so many options that did NOT include his services, that I actually cannot remember them all. The results were that I decided NOT to upgrade my bath and kitchen, since the costs outweighed the benefits. If I DID decide to upgrade anything, I would call him immediately. Very remarkable fellow.

After our next phone call, Steve apologized for not calling, he came to the house, looked at three seperate issues, explained how I could solve two of them on my own, then referred an associate to do the third job. All for no charge. Steve is a super professional.

Description of Work: Replace flight of stairs from Rec room into basement. Old stairs damaged from previous water problems, in basement plus there was no railing present for MY stability. I felt I was taking my life in my hands carry laundry down to and up from basement. One phone call and worker JOHN arrived later that day, took measurements and left to purchase needed materials. He was back promptlyl the following morning and completed the job in 3 hours and cleaning up old debris and installing a sturdy railing on one side of stairs (I only asked for a railing on one side) I was extremely pleased with the speed and efficiency of the service. Description of Work: Very good and will certainly use again. Any call I made was returned promptly. Donna and Steve were nice to work with. The tech, Paul, came a little late but Steve called ahead to alert us. Paul and I went over a list of things to be done, such as repairing a downspout, replacing a panel on the barn, shoring up the garage door, removing a broken storm window, fixing a kitchen drawer and reinstalling a mailbox that had tilted. He did a fine job on all the items and came up with some creative solutions. Very important ~ have a clear understanding of what you need, and be clear in defining it to them. I think things went smoothly because we both understood what needed to be done. We had a minor problem with the drawer repair, but he returned and fixed it pronto. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: General handyman services including power washing deck, driveway,walk;gutter cleaning,repair;spot painting;siding repair;garage door repair---all work including estimating was done in a most timely & efficient manner--I could not have been happier & more pleased with the entire process.

Description of Work: I called them in May with several jobs in a beach house. Steve came over immediately and assessed the work. The main things were fixing a back screen door and fixing a door to the garbage area both of which had been wind damaged during the winter. Everyone had told me that the back screen door needed to be replaced but Steve thought it could be fixed by ordering some parts from Anderson and he was right, saving us the expense of a new door. They also fixed the door to the garbage area which had broken over the winter. They(actually one of his employees) did the work while I was not there. When I returned in July, there was a problem with the door to the garbage area. He had reconstructed it but had forgotten to replace the latch which held it in place. Steve came over and fixed it within a few days(I had said that it was not an emergency). I was very pleased with the overall professionalism shown by this company. Although their hourly rate is high, the overall cost of my projects was fair.
