Connected with Chris through Home Advisor back in 2019 to draw out an addition on our new home. He worked quickly and really well with our contractor and made himself available really anytime any of us had questions or needed clarifications. Since finishing the addition, weâ ve had to circle back with him several times for more drawings of a new porch needing a variance approval. Three years in, heâ s always been available and quick to turnaround requested changes. Quality work from a great guy.

My project was to build a cafe / bakery in Jersey City. Chris worked with me to thoroughly understand the needs and work through the building code constraints without impacting our goals to maximize the space's utility. He made himself available at different times of the day to work through the details. He was patient in trying to understand and work through JC building department's requests.

Chris Teeter was extremely helpful to me & my family. We were in a jam trying to get a permit for a deck that my husband built. We are selling our house and the township was giving us a hard time. Chris came through and inspected our deck and wrote a letter for us and we got approved from our township in such a short notice. He is extremely responsive and very professional. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a man of his word and very honest.

This is a very professional business. They were so helpful every step of the way. Whenever I called or e-mailed with a question, They responded so quickly. I was even offered options that I didn't know were available to me. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I am currently still working with Chris, which is why they haven't received a perfect 5 stars yet. However, so far everything has been great, Chris and his team are thorough, prompt, personable and considerate of costs to their customers. We are very pleased thus far!
