I submitted a request thru Angie's List. Jimbo's responded promptly, After finishing a job in the area, They came over, determined the problem. Our A/C condenser was replaced and the A/C was working the next day. They did a great job.

Better than I hoped! Jimbo walked me through the process and the costs associated with the replacement. Glad we went with him because it was perhaps the first time we had a home improvement project that stayed on budget and started/finished on time. He even went the extra step to help me install the NEST thermostat too. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

Jimbo's AC & Heating LLC has provided multiple services for my home and every one of them is outstanding. I have always been responded to in a prompt and courteous manor. I trust Jim in many facets of home repair and remodeling. The work performed is always well explained and my issues and concerned are always considered in Jims repairs and recommendations. Being a homeowner and a single woman I have mislead with very costly and poor decision with other contractors. I am relieved that that has not been an issue for a few years when using Jimbo's AC & Heating LLC. I highly recommend Jim he is knowledgeable, leaves the job neat and I do not have to worry about leaving my home with someone untrustworthy. The compressor kept blowing fuse and shut down,? and when it worked, did not cool off the house. We were told by PSEG service provider the unit had lived its life and should be replaced. We had another service company take a look and said the same thing.? Jim called and asked me many questions about service history.? He told me on the phone, he does not think the unit is damaged and there must be some other issue. He came over on time, did several diagnostic tests, and discovered a leak. he changed the damaged part and solved the issue. he also noted the fuse amp was below the recommended level. He told me he will check with manufacturer to confirm.? I had a text from him at 8:30 in the morning, confirming the fuse should changed.? 2 weeks later the unit is doing the job, and we saved few thousand dollars.? We highly recommend Jimbo's AC and Heating LLC.? Jim is a man of integrity and very competent in this field

Jim fixed my unit and did such a good job that I send him to repair my mothers heating unit. Which broke down on the coldest day of the year. He went right out and had to replace her unit which was from the early 1980's and gave her a good price and was TRUSTWORTHY! The peace of mind know that someone is honest, neat, and gives fair prices is priceless. My mother liked him so much that she has recommended him to her Senior Citizen group. My sister used Jim when her AC broke down and he came out and fixed it and it has been running fine ever since. I highly recommend this service provider. Thank you Jim

Job went excellent and recommend to others

I called Jimbo's AC and Heating for an estimate on replacing my hot air furnace and air conditioning system. I received a call back that night. Jim arrived at our scheduled date and time. We discussed what I was looking for and after inspecting my system, Jim made his recommendations. Jim proceeded to take measurements of my home including window and door locations, square footage and sizing of the air ducts. Two days later he called me with the estimate and explained the sizing of the unit and energy efficiency of the unit and his warranty policy. My existing system was undersized for the home. Explaining why my home was never actually comfortable in the winter or summer and my utility bills were high for the comfort I received. Having had other estimates and several no shows, I decided to use Jimbo's. This was decided because of his professional approach and fair pricing. We scheduled a date to begin the work. Jim and his helper showed up on time on the agreed upon date. The replacement went according to plan with no unexpected problems or price increases. They were very organized and left no mess. My home is actually very comfortable during both seasons and my utility bills are very reasonable. I am really saving a ton of money. My experience with Jimbo's was pleasant and I have recommended him to others. He has done work in my children's homes with the same results. I highly recommend Jimbo's AC & Heating.
