+ -1 moreThis company dug around the perimeter, installing a french drain which was not necessary as told by the plumber we called because he found that the leak was coming from the sewage drain. First Choice Waterproofing told us it was ground water, and showed us a video of water but nothing coming from our crawlspace. So we terminated the company, and we want to get a refund but still not getting it back.
Description of Work: They came in, began the work and telling us that they would needed to install a french drain without properly locating the course of the problem was, and told us that we needed a plumber.
