I called for an estimate and Fred came in the day and left an estimate, I didn't even realize :-) I though the estimate was reasonable and scheduled an appointment. The power wash was done on time and again without me realizing it :-) The painting was done the week after and done very professionally. The same with roof wash. A+ job.

Fred came to a house we're purchasing to give an assessment of deck quality and an estimate for repair. He was very friendly in our interactions via phone, prompt to arrive at the house, and very professional. He has obvious expertise in deck construction and local laws. He was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. He was very hands on and got down under the deck and even dug with his hands to look at footings. His assessment that the deck was not built with a permit was accurate and will help us work out some issues with the seller. He traveled a long distance and did not want compensation.

Fred came to our home when promised and gave us an estimate of the work to be done along with some ideas for us. We were told that the work would start on a specific day and it did. Our contractor Bob who worked on all of the wood work was a true gentleman. He paid every attention to detail. Everyone on the job was nothing but professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Overall it went well. The company arrived within the time frame discussed and performed the work within the time frame expected, there were no real delays and no lack of communication from the contractor.

I thought they were pretty good. When they got started, their punctuality was good.

I got them from Angie's List. It cost $400 for the power washing and staining whereas, the repairs cost $300. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and very helpful in dealing with the situation of repairing it. I would certainly have them come out again.

I was very happy with the job. It took a while for the company to start the job, due to adverse weather and other jobs they had, but Fred Jacobs is very responsive and professional, and the company did an excellent job.

This company had the lowest estimate when we decided we needed a deck built, our old one was rotted and falling apart. They helped us customize everything and listened to our needs and requests, they were very professional and the work did not take more than a week. They cleaned up nicely which is an added plus and got rid of our old wood as well. We were very happy with the fact they are an honest company and you do get your money's worth.

Excellent. Prompt, professional service. We actually got the deck done 1 year later and the owner kept the estimate in tact. The design was beautiful and the company was very flexible with changes. The company stayed true to timing, price and execution of the entire project. We went with a composite wood, but because we wanted to. The company was not pushy at all with the design or what material to use. We could not be happier with the deck!
