Description of Work: water pressure in one bath was non existent. found a wrong rubber gasket was put inside. took out the gasket and made sure it wasn't leaking in the wall. now the pressure in the bath and shower are great.

+ -1 moreI chose him because he was local, he quoted about 200. he showed up on time. he was here literally less then 10 minutes and charged 225 + tax. not sure why it went up - i know its not a lot but i thought it might possible even be less, considering the time he spent. decent experience. I trust his skillset

+ -1 moreChris had to crawl a long way wearing short sleeves and short pants; got to give him props for that; the repair went smoothly and quickly; the cost was reasonable but did not care for the $250 "crawl space" charge which was not specified beforehand; the toilet bowl repair also went smoothly and quickly and the cost was reasonable.
Description of Work: Repaired a hot water pipe that burst which is located in the crawl space under the house; also installed a new hose & valve between the water intake pipe & the toilet bowl tank in one of the bathrooms.

+ -1 moreChris came in once, and assessed the issue perfectly. He described the options and the possibilities; gave me an out, saving me hundreds. He came back once, as there was a 2nd problem for the leak unrelated to the 1st. No complaints at all!
Description of Work: Leaky tub/faucet/pipe, causing hole in ceiling. Replacement of corroded gaskets, refitting of faucet.

+ -1 moreChris Kristen Plumbing and Heating had someone here on time. He got the job done in less than an hour. I was happy to have the work done, but the price was outrageous for a simple hook-up job. All of my friends have told me I got ripped off.
