+ -1 moreBill was super responsive by phone & text. Came to start diagnosing the problem the next day - on a Sunday! Did not charge us for first 2 visits as he diagnosed the problem by swapping out different parts. Turns out that our motor's electronics were shot. Replaced the motor on the 3rd visit for a very reasonable price, and accepted his coupon.
