They immediately (next day) provided an estimate which was acceptable. They performed all work quickly and efficiently while being personable and engaging.

He told me how much it was going to be before he fixed it. He came on time, and he seemed pretty good natured. I felt good about the price that I paid. He was very straight forward; he was true to his word and his quote.

I called Affordable Plumbing. The asnwering service took down my contact information. The same afternoon I received a voice mail message that Mr. Forlenzo had called when I had stepped out. I called back within 10 minutes. After that, I left three or four messages over the next two or three days. The answering service dutifully took down my request for a call back, but I never did receive another call from the business. Eventually, I selected another plumber from Angie's List and received excellent service. I found the lack of responsiveness (and consequently, professionalism) on the part of Affordable Plumbing to be a strong deterred for me to contact them again.

I called Affordable plumbing two different times and spoke to a receptionist both times. I never heard back from them. I called them based on the good reviews on angies list but unfortunately did not have the same experience. Extremely unprofessional.

I wanted to have a whole house water filter installed. They called me back within minutes of me leaving a message. The gentleman I spoke with suggested that I did not want a plumber, but a place that does water conditioning. He was absolutely right and I appreciate him sending me in the correct direction.

I thought the owner was great and will use him for everything now. He is very competent; his rates are reasonable and nice and pleasant to have around the house; when you are a woman alone there are some men you just don't like to have around but he is just a really great guy. I just recommended them and am so excited to have them as my plumber now. I have been using somebody else for a long time but they just go too pricey. I am thrilled I have a plumber I can rely on again and will use him again in the future.

It went great. They showed up exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the rotted pipe and then fixed it in 20 minutes. They were friendly, knowledgable and very professional. Sink works like new!

It’s a father and son business and we have been using them for several years now. Would refer family and friend they do good work. We have told all my neighbors about them. They do good work. They are pretty honest and are decent with their prices. We have used several other plumbers when we first moved down here and they were so overly priced which was ridiculous. They come immediately when we call them.

I had a leak in the ceiling which I found in the first floor. Apparently the leak was way long the scene where two boards which are the chuck-boards had come together where the tape was sealed. So the tape was coming loose from the ceiling. So they opened up the ceiling. They did not find the cause of the water at first. They opened the ceiling up and looked in where there was leak but that was a leak of a different source not the source leak that caused the tape that brings the two boards together was actually the tape were it was coming off. It was getting away from the ceiling. I don’t mind spending money if there is a resolution of the problem and I know that there is a leak otherwise why would the tape start toeing back over a foot and half over ceiling. What they did was they cut a hole in the ceiling and looked around and they couldn’t determine where the water is coming from. If they couldn’t do it I knew that I couldn’t do it either. It was coming directly from the a buzz because if it were coming only on ceiling board then you would see the wakeboard in the ceiling wet in a large area but it wasn’t. It was located directly in the ware and there was a white pipe that keeps the TCV pipe. When they put water on the floor in the master bathroom, we saw by putting our head up above by the ceiling board it was leaking like a turning off to the way from where we were talking about. I was not very satisfied because here I spent $150 and I ended up not with a resolution. I still have a hole in my ceiling. Their price was expensive as they charged me $150 for opening a ceiling and not finding a resolution. They didn’t even identify the problem and they told me that if they couldn’t find the leak then I would have to find someone else to patch the ceiling. Plumbers if normally open up something then they will put it back and if have I have to call other company to get it fixed then that didn’t make sense at all. The plumber if they open up the ceiling then they should know how to put it back as it is part of their entire service. They did respond and did come but didn’t give any resolution. I would not use them again. I wouldn’t want anybody to take them as if they walk away from the job and they can’t find the leak it doesn’t make sense.

Affordable Plumbing Affordable Plumbing, was great ! They were on time, worked with my wife who doesn't speak English that well. When they found the problem it was really outside of their area, and recommended we use someone else. They said they would be happy to do the work, but it would be more expensive, and less likely to do the job right. They called me on the phone to make sure I understood, and I don't know what more I could ask for. Price was very reasonable. Very professional, spoke great English, and courteous. The work went fine. I have already recommended them to others.

It was a very good experience. They were prompt and available immediately. We called them and they said that they could be here within the hour, and they were here. It was an older man and his nephew and they were both very pleasant. They did a great job. They were great. We took their card and would definitely use them in the future.

It went very well! They called me on a Friday morning, which I was surprised because they said they might have a space for me on Friday afternoon. They were there quickly and told me what I needed. I need a new hot water heater and that I needed to have some pipes fixed because they were leaking around the hot water heater. After they told me what I needed, they quoted me a price and I agreed. They were quick to install. Very professional. They are a father and son team. The leaky pipes were fixed and the hot water heater was installed. I was so relieved! They make a great team! I would call them back to fix anything anytime!

Expect them to show up when they tell you they are going to be there. Expect the work to be done as they described it. If they come across any problems, they will let you know before they proceed. I could tell these men were professionals who value their reputations and want you to be satisfied with their work.

I called for an estimate and was given a date for approximately a week later. They called the next morning with a cancellation and said they could be out in an hour. They were. They quoted me a reasonable price over the phone. I accepted and they finished in time for my wife to make a previous appointment. All very professional and efficient.

I will use them again. They were very reliable and came when they were supposed to. I think it was a family operation. It was a son and a dad. They were very nice people. They did the job in a very timely manner. I was pleased with them and will absolutely use them again. It happened four weeks before we had our kitchen replaced but it held up good while we had it. Their price was very reasonable.

We had a sink in the basement overflowing because of a blocked pipe. They worked for over an hour to clear the pipe that was blocked out as far out as the street. They came within one day and did everything promptly. We had just moved in and it was great to have what was a bad experience resolved so quickly. I will call them for all our plumbing needs.

Same day service. Arrived on time. Written proposal. Clean and friendly father son team. Unclogged drain fast and left my home looking as if they were never there.
