I found a permanent HVAC technician. David is a very knowledgeable and nice guy. In the middle of this summer heat wave, David scheduled me for the very next day. That says a lot about his character and dedication to strive for perfection. Honestly, think about this, "your central air breaks down in the middle of this humid and hot weather. (Along with many other families, most likely..) David was on top of the situation. Many others had turned me down and only offered a next week appointment. I'M HAPPY THAT THEY DID, because I never would have had the opportunity to find such a skillful technician that I would be calling for all and any of our air-conditioning and heating needs. If you call Robinson Mechanical, and you won't regret it. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

Itâ s a local fledgling company. Theyâ re trying very hard to accommodate their customers. Communication is desirable but in the end they came thorough with 5 stars. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their HVAC needs.

We got to our vacation house and found out that the air conditioner was low on Freon. I called Robinson Mechanical on Sunday morning and two hours later Dave Robinson was at our door. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and got our system up and running in about 30 minutes.

Communication between the office and my schedule was painless. Jen was accommodating in every way possible. It is a pleasure to see a company like Robinson Mechanical putting the customer first. As I mentioned, I am a retired HVAC Contractor, and will continue on using Robinson Mechanical. I could not have done the job better if I installed it myself. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were true professionals and extremely clean and efficient. Jen went above and beyond setting everything up for us and it was a seamless process. My AC unit broke and they came out that day and had a whole new system installed the next day. Hire them with confidence!

Dave Robinson and his team were terrific to work with. They installed a new central air system at our beach property. They arrived at the promised time, did a beautiful job installing the system, kept the property meticulously clean during the install and finished on time. They were professional throughout and Dave kept me abreast of his progress. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was looking to replace my inefficient 16 yr old gas furnace & central air conditioner! After much research, I had my heart set on Goodman products. I talked to several contractors who pushed a certain brand but not what I wanted. So, I went online and came across Robinson Mechanical who stated they install all brands. Dave Robinson came out to my house, checked out my existing heating & air system & we discussed my needs. He was very friendly, knowledgable & above all not high pressured like others I encountered. The following day I received an estimate that was fair, reasonable & one that I personally was satisfied with. We scheduled an installation date, they were at my house at 8AM & stayed until job was completed . I cannot say enough about Robinson Mechanical beginning with Jen in the office, Dave who personally oversaw the work & his two brothers who installed the units. They were pleasant, curteous, professional, COVID safety conscious, meticulous when it came to installation, clean up & checking out the system once installed. They did a great job and I am extremely pleased with the results. If anyone is looking for HVAC installation, I personally recommend Robinson Mechanical and assure that you won't be sorry!

Hiring Robinson Mechanical is one of the best decisions I ever made as a homeowner (and I am 53). Dave Robinson is skilled, thoughtful about all aspects of the job, knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. His team is too, and they did a great job. The office is also responsive, communicative and service oriented. Robinson Mechanical installed a complete 2 zone AC system in our Ventnor home. We have radiator heat and were using window units to cool the house in the summer. This job involved installing the duct work, floor vents, ceiling vents, returns, 2 air handlers, 2 compressors, 2 smart thermostats. I am so happy. I can't wait for summer. Robinson Mechanical also did plumbing work for us. They removed and replaced our waste water line from the second floor to the basement, they cleaned out our hot water heater and replaced old cast iron water lines. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or HVAC needs that you have. I am so grateful for the thought and care that Dave and his team puts into their work. I won't be calling anybody but Robinson Mechanical from now on.

I filled out a request on Home Advisor late afternoon and they responded shortly afterward. I explained my heat pump problem and an appointment was made for the next morning. Dave arrived at the appointed time, evaluated my my HVAC system and identified the problem. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, how long it would take and what it would cost. He and his team were able to complete the repairs, ran my system - testing it to make sure there were no other issues. My heat pump/heat was up and running the same day. No surprises on the bill, was what he quoted to make the repairs. Dave is knowledgeable, professional and got the job done.

Some HVAC companies will not return my phone calls. Robinson Mechanical were the only ones that called me back. Weâ ve always communicated by text or phone which I love. They went out immediately to my house to install a brand new thermostat and service a boiler. I 100% recommend them! Theyâ re going to be my service company!
