From start to finish, I must say that Surety Title has provided the worst service of all the title agencies I have dealt with as a buyer, seller and mortgage loan officer. Lack of prompt responses to my requests both before and after settlement, unclear emails written in broken English and lack of explanation of items on the settlement statement before closing are indicative of a broken business.

When we went to settlement everything was fast and easy and everyone was professional and everyone was great. We went to their office and everything was ready for us. All the paper work was quick and fast.
