sewer cleaning
+ -1 moreRapid Rooter was contracted by sewer insurance company. They took weeks to show up to do the job, accidentally cut through my *water* (not sewer) line, yelled at each other, eventually patched it up (I hope) and have left a big pile of dirt in front of my house with an orange sawhorse on top of it surrounded by caution tape. For months. I need them to replace the concrete sidewalk, but they are months behind, and soon it will be too cold outside to do concrete work. An "F" experience. I'm trying to sell my home, and a big pile of dirt right in front with caution tape and a sawhorse on top doesn't help. Will find a photo and attach it soon.
Description of Work: I needed them to replace part of the sewer pipe under the sidewalk outside my house.

+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. HE WENT RIGHT TO THE PROBLEM AREA AND WENT TO WORK CLEARING THE MAIN LINE. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED AND HIS PRICE WAS BETTER THAN OTHER PLUMBERS I CALLED. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: THE MAIN LINE IN OUR HOME WAS CLOGGED. THEY CLEARED IT OUT USING A MACHINE THAT SCRAPED THROUGH THE DEBRIS IN THE PIPES.
