Description of Work: Last year my smoke detectors had expired and had been chirping constantly. I called a few companies I had seen online. Pop's Electric was by far the most reasonable and the most accommodating. Your company installed 5 new smoke detectors in my home last year. An appointment was set up to fit me in the schedule on the same day. The person who set this up for me was extremely pleasant and understood the need to replace the detectors as quickly as possible. The gentlemen who came to install the new detectors were very knowledgeable; they explained why all five had to be replaced at once and they took the time to explain how to maintain the detectors. Almost exactly a year later, I thought one of my detectors was expiring. I called the office and once again, the person answering the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. She set an appointment for me after 4pm (I know the hours are normally 9-4). The gentleman came and stated immediately that the detector would be replaced free of charge because it must be defective if it's not working properly after one year. He listened to the downstairs detector (the one I thought was chirping) but said that wasn't the one. He walked upstairs and noticed the hanging light on the landing of my stairs was out. He asked if I had replacement bulbs and he got on his ladder and replaced the bulbs for me. He then continued up the remaining stairs to listen to the detectors upstairs. He determined that the sound was indeed from downstairs. In the end, the sound was coming from one of my carbon monoxide detectors (I completely forgot I had them). He replaced the battery and the noise ceased. Needless to say, I was quite embarrassed; however, the gentleman was simply happy the problem was resolved. I asked him how much I owed him for the service call and he said there was no charge. I was flabbergasted; rarely, if ever, are there any other companies that are so generous. I want to thank the entire company who worked so diligently to resolve my issue only to find out in the end that it was my carbon monoxide detector. I have told all my friends this story and will ALWAYS recommend Pop's Electric. Thank you!

Description of Work: Moved a light switch and installed two wall fixtures. The light fixtures I had ordered online were more complex than anticipated; the work was completed fully with no issues. I would call this company again.
