Went very well. Lou was very reliable and responsive. Explained all work to be done and was very clear on price. Will have him back for outdoor work when weather is better and have referred him to family members as well.

Lou removed a large amount of leaves from my side roof, which is flat. His work was thorough & he put all the leaves in a large bag. He also removed leaves from another small roof even though I hadn’t asked. Overall, he work was excellent.

Everything went perfectly. Lou was on-time, friendly & professional. I will be using him again soon for a few other projects we have!

I was extremely pleased with the work Mr. Galasso did in my apartment. He completed each project and then cleaned up everything so nothing was out of place. Mr. Galasso was very professional and very personable, and I look forward to having him tackle other projects that need to be done.

Lou was hired to finish a bathroom renovation project. Charged me top dollar and I paid it. While the job was in progress, a dispute arose over pipes protruding from the drywall behind my vannity. He then calls my plumber and I in a very rude manner, using profanities, and insulting me. He then hangs up and blocks me from communicating with him. I paid him several thousands of dollars. He then sends me an E-mail that he's cancelling the job (which he now owes me a refund for). I responded to Lou that I am not an expert in drywall or plumbing, WHY they were hired. Lou later comes to my home, univited, while I'm not there and is discovered hee-hawing to my painter about me on surveillance. What I took from this experience: Lou never advised me of the plumbing issue, yet advised me he knew about it earlier on. Lou has little humility and is VERY unprofessional when a small issue arises. He flew off the handle. He can't keep matters confidential. Believe that this won't be the last time.

Perfect! Lou responded promptly (within an hour) and called me to discuss when he was available to do the job. He came out when he said he would, skillfully and effectively completed the job in a timely fashion, and charged me exactly what we had agreed upon up front, which I thought was a very reasonable amount. He was courteous and professional throughout the entire process and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I’m glad I found him, and I’m sure I’ll use him again at some point in the future for another job. I highly recommend him.

The amount of time it took to do the job was about double his estimate but he only charged me for the amount of time he originally estimated. As a favor to me he took a screen door that needed to be rescreened and only charged me for the price the of the repair. He went above and beyond.

Installed gate latches and a range hood. Very efficient, answered all questions and helped me with a minor issue that was not even included or charged.
