He suggested a plan to start and sent Henry and his assistant to check the situation that same day. Henry is very knowledgeable, he answered all the questions I asked, both Henry and his assistant were very courteous. My family and I felt assured that everything was going to turn out fine. The water pump was replaced, whereas no cap was visible before and Henry had to find the well, now we can see the cap to the well above the ground. All the work performed by them was worth the cost of the repair. We have strong and clear water in our home again. Called in the morning around 7:00am about a not running well pump. They called me back immediately and came out by 10:30am. Work was well done and they knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Appeared to have it together when we received estimate and paid deposit. I had to keep calling back to get any information on our project. Lack of communication skills and disorganization within company that goes all the way up to Kevin himself. Too busy to help even the small jobs out. The owner actually told me this on the phone. I would just appreciate paying for a service that is provided and actually have that service provided.
