He called the day of the appointment to tell me he had to cancel due to a family issue but would call me back to reschedule. I have never heard from him again. I could tell when we initially spoke that the "distance" was going to be a problem for him. Again, it is only about 20 miles apart. I am unhappy with his unresponsiveness and would not consider him again.

The entire experience was extremely smooth and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. We went from a drab, small, old kitchen, to a modern and fully functional masterpeice including quartz countertops, real wood cabinets, crown molding, recessed lighting, a bar counter area and high end stainless steel aplpiances. From the preliminary measurements, to the design work, to the remodel itself, Alex kept us apprised of every step and detail along the way. For such an extensive remodel Alex and his team kept the house clean, arrived and completed work in a timely manner, and gave us several options when it came to materials/price selection. All of the little things were taken care of, including some extras which he did not charge us for. Our plan will be to utilize HouseRx again to finish our basement later this year or early next. I would describe Alex and his team as extremely trustworthy folks who do excellent work at a reasonable price.

The work was finished on time. Alex left the home clean after he performed all the work we contracted with him to do. He helped direct us to the best cabinet, granite and appliance dealers whic was a terrific time and cost savings.

Having used House Rx LLC previously to do my downstairs bathroom I know what I was getting. I've always heard horror stories when it comes to construction, but I have used them twice and both times have been a wonderful experience. They had a lot of issues to deal with in the kitchen. No flat walls or ceiling, live wires in the wall, rearranging the appliances. They handled all the problems and hurdles with easy and I couldn't be happier with how the kitchen turned out. It is modern and very functional now. But this wasn't just the kitchen that they renovated, they did they entire downstairs. They remodeled my wet bar in the den, it went from being an eye sore to being this area that everyone that has seen it loves it and can't stop talking about it. I could see the potential when I bought my place, it is nice to see that potential become a reality. Alex has an incredible eye and his attention to detail is impeccable. His workers were here everyday working hard. They even where here the first day of Hurricane Sandy, if that doesn't say dedication I don't know what does. When I comes to remodelling my bathroom and my upstairs my first and probably only call will be to Alex and House Rx LLC. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you all the hard work. I Love it.

They did everything they could to get us the bath and shower back in place as soon as possible. The quality of work and the professionalism were all first rate. The work was done fast and without error. They cleaned up every night after work, leaving no dust or dirt in the area. This is the second project that House RX has done for me and I've recommended them to my family and friends.

I've been wanting to convert my garage into an office for a long time. Alex brought forth his ideas and his reputation on Angies list led me to hire him to preform this work. Alex and Tom did a fantastic job in creating my home office. They exceeded all my expectations. My home office is an area I'm proud of. They went above and beyond what I requested and create the office at a reasonable price. Everyone who has seen it has nothing but high praise for the quality of work. We are going to remodel the master bath next, and I have hired Alex for this work.

This was a total gut and remodel of the only bathroom in our house, so we thought it was going to be a headache, but Alex and his team made it go much easier than expected. The team was very courteous and professional, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. They did a great job of accommodating our needs, as it is the only bathroom in the house, and got us a working toilet in short order while they finished the rest of the bathroom. Our house is approaching 90 years old, and as to be expected, walls and floors are not always perfectly level. The team did a great job of accommodating those variations and making everything look clean and smooth. Overall the whole bathroom remodelling process went better than expected. The work was completed on schedule and the final product looks great. We've got some other projects planned over the next few years and I will definitely be going back to Alex and his team for our future work.

I was planning to remodel my master bathroom. He came out promptly after I explained my job on the phone. We discussed the project, he took some measurements and said he would get back to me with a proposal. I never heard from him again.

Alex and his assistant were prompt and professional and personable. They worked efficiently and effectively. Best experience I ever had. I am hiring them again to finish my kitchen with new lighting and paint.

Alex and his crew has transform my small and unattractive bathroom from ordinary to extraordinary. Now it looks like a bathroom that appears on a magazine. It seems alot bigger and looks luxurious. The outcome of the remodeling turn out amazing and beyond my expectation. I also had a very pleasant experience working with them. They are friendly and very easy to work with. They're definitely will be my go-to contractor for future home remodeling.

Alex Kuznets and his crew did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel. The job took 2 weeks to complete, which was the exact time that was communicated to us prior to the start of the work. The guys would show up on time each day, were very neat with their work, and would thoroughly clean up their area before they left. This was the third remodeling project I've had done in my house (all with different contractors) and these guys were by far the neatest and most professional. Alex and his crew are also excellent craftsmen as well. From the plumbing (which I thought would by somewhat complicated with the multiple fixtures and diverters) to the tile work, everything was professionally planned out and expertly installed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how project turned out. Further, not only is Alex an excellent craftsman, he is also an honest and professional business man. He stuck to our contract, and if any issues arose that would require additional parts/labor, he would let me know ahead of time. Like I said, I've used three different contractors over past few years, and each one was either a dishonest businessman, poor craftsman, or both. House Rx is the first contractor that I've used that I can trust and am confident will do great work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, and personally plan on using them for my future projects.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience when having renovation done to my house. They were punctual, always there the time they said they would be. Very professional, always working when I stopped home for lunch and I didn't have to clean up anything. The work took one week from the start of demolition to completion which was the time frame we discussed before they started. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The whole room looks fantastic. What was the ugliest room in the house is now the room I want to spend the most time in. I would recommend them to anyone. We are already discussing renovating my kitchen in the fall. I can't wait to make the rest of the house look this nice.

Alex's quality of workmanship is superb. He is knowledgeable, artistic, creative and attentive to detail. Alex is also extremely reliable and honest. You can depend on Alex to arrive on time, clean up daily, and complete the job as scheduled. I have already recommended Alex to two friends who were both very satisfied with his work.

I feel like I live in a $2 million home. Words can't describe how good the bathrooms look. It was so wonderful. I was so pleased with the first bathroom remodel that I asked him to do the second one. The quoted price was exactly what it ended up being. He put plastic up so I didn't have a bunch of dust in my house which was really nice.

Everything was perfectly done just like the bathroom that he did for me. I am going to have him back out in April to fix up another bathroom for me. I would recommend him to anyone. I am very very satisfied with this company.

They can renovate and they did a fantastic job on my bathroom! It is so nice, I feel like I should wear an evening gown just to walk into in to use the bathroom. They did a phenomenal job with our house! I am so happy to have someone who is reliable and honest. They worked very hard and put out a beautiful product.
