Dave provided quick and professional service. I called him out for an issue with my AC and while he was here I asked for a quote on a new system as mine was the original system (~20yrs old). He gave me an excellent price with no pressure. When I called with some questions he took the time to explain everything. He had the system installed within a week of me telling him I wanted it. The install took less than a full work day and was done very professionally. All of the old equipment and packing from the new system was removed and they swept up behind themselves. Would definitely recommend calling D.P.M. for your HVAC needs.

When contacting D.P.M. I was very pleasantly surprised how quickly I got a response to my query. David called me the same day and was able to come out to my house the next day to take a look at the problem. He quickly discovered the issue with my AC unit and gave me a quick solution. He was patient with all my questions and taught me a lot about HVAC. He fixed my ac right on the spot. Within minutes the ac was running and cooling of my house. I would highly recommend his business to anybody who needs help with their HVAC units.

Dave was able to come out and repair my air conditioning the same day it broke. He worked me into his schedule which was fortunate because it was a hot August day and he was busy with other customers having cooling issues also. Not only did he provide a fair quote, he identified a problem that had caused the AC failure, thus preventing a problem to reoccur. This was critical to me as a homeowner and thus ensured I had the correct AC system for my home. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and was able to fit me in to a busy schedule which I very much appreciated. In addition, he took the time to explain all his work and how to maintain it as well as ensure that I had all the warranty coverage for the equipment.
