D.P.M. Heating & Air Conditioning

David Mazzelli, owner of D.P.M LLC came himself to do the service and maintenance on my heating system. He explained everything in detail what was done. He also did not mind me asking questions. Excellent service.

Dave Mazzilli was a true godsend to me this evening. I’d returned from vacation to find that my AC, which had been running inefficiently, was not cooling the house at all. The indoor temperature was in the ‘80’s. Before I’d even finished booking an online appointment with DPM, Dave called and offered to come to my house after one more appointment. I’m a disabled divorcée with a home that hadn’t been properly maintained for over a decade. Dave quickly identified the problem, made repairs and patiently endured my ignorance about the HVAC system. He instructed me about its maintenance while in a chaotic environment. His price was extremely reasonable, and he went so far as to say he could stay and finesse certain parts of the system, but that it was fine as he’d left it and he wanted to save me money. One of the repairs he made was quoted to me at nearly $900 by a previous HVAC contractor. Dave literally saved me several hundred dollars. I cried after he left, out of gratitude for his integrity, skill and patience. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I’ll never use any other HVAC contractor again.

Dave came out and gave me a free estimate because he was in the neighborhood. He recommended an electrician for part of the project and relayed information to them as a favor. When he came back to do the service he was on time and thorough. Very pleased with communication and professionalism.

David was super flexible with our schedule. He was nice enough to fit us in on a Friday night - very responsive, and professional. We had a smart thermostat installed, and he did a really good job and his price was reasonable. This will be my go-to for heating and air conditioning.

When my A/C completely died, Dave from DPM quickly came to the rescue. He assessed the situation, re-arranged their work schedule to accommodate my medical condition and installed my new heat pump A/C system in six hours. Dave and his crew were so polite, efficient and hard working. I was very impressed with their work. I've previously used their services and intend to continue using them in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

On Friday I scheduled my appointment for Monday. The owner called on Saturday and offered to come out then which was a welcomed nice surprise. My heater was difficult to diagnose since the issue was intermittent but fingers are crossed his best conjecture is correct...time will tell. UPDATE ON 3/13/16 PROBLEM REACCURED, CALL DPM BACK AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK, OBVIOUSLY HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND ISN'T EVEN COURESTY TO RETURN MY CALL.

Dave was great. Took time to explain entire system. Repair ended up being very simple, he could have made the evaluation and work more complicated and expensive but did not. Highly recommended and will use services again.
