Great service and fast response time.

Although I felt a little stupid,they didn't make me feel stupid *S* Anyhow, David came over as sort of a "pre appointment" to survey the problem. It turned out all I needed was a new filter and the sound was corrected. Apparently, the "better" filters can restrict airflow and cause the noise...that's why I felt stupid. I tried to give him money for his time and effort, as I didn't need a full blown service call, but he refused. I took his card and not only will use him for my furnace and air conditioning needs in the future, but will recommend him highly to everyone and anyone I talk to.

Really good. fast service, knowleadgeable professional. very patient with my multiple questions.. and he was able to accomodate me after work hours. I will definetely will keep his business card for yearly maintenance of my furnace. very happy.

They called me and scheduled time to come out-- and came out within a half hour unlike some of the other companies who wanted to charge me money up front just for driving over and not providing me a guesstimate to fix, or just simply never answered the phone. These guys made the job look easy and gave me tips on what to look for in case the problem came up again. Not only that, they took my heater's information so they have it on file in case something comes up next time, this way if they need parts, they don't have to make a trip out to see what I've got-- great idea! Thanks again for the quick turnaround time and help!
