He went above and beyond the call of duty for me -- he actually came out to my house on Memorial Day holiday for an air conditioning emergency that I had, which is rare these days for someone to be that available . Quick service and fair price.

Dave called me while I was on the phone with service magic requesting service. I was surprised how fast he called me. Came the same day. Courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable price. Explained what he was doing, what was wrong and how he would fix it. Gave my furnace a thorough check up and cleaning also. Fixed it when the part was available the next day at a time convenient to me. Cant ask for anything more.

Did a good job but he did not have a shop vac to clean upthe excess water.
