Dave met me during a snowstorm to look at the heater. He was prompt, friendly and informative. He ordered the part, installed it immediately upon arrival and went above and beyond with repair and service. I would recommend him highly.

I liked that Dave explained what he was doing and educated me about the workings of my HVAC system.

Dave was very personable and engaging, took the time to show me and examine whst he was replacing. . . At first he say one price, and later changed the amount. . . But, still reasonable price.

Dave was on time and replaced the broken heater motor and fan the next day he did the assessment. Excellent customer service. Gave tips on how to keep the heater working properly and extend the life of the furnace.

Dave returned my call and was at my home within an hour despite being after hours. Dave offered a couple different options to rectify my AC issues but recommended replacing the whole HVAC system to avoid other problems down the line with my almost 20 year old syatem. An estimate was provided on the spot and was told the install would begin within 48 hours. Installer (Gary) was on time, very professional, and answered all of my questions. The install began and was finished on time as promised. Dave and Gary were great and I highly recommend D.P.M. Heating and Air Conditioning.

He called within 30 mins of my request, was at my house by 9am the same day, in 15 mins had my central air working. He explained the problem, cleaned my heater filter, fixed some crossed wires from when the new unit was installed 5 years ago, and added freon to the unit. I couldn't be happier. By 9:50 am he was out of here. Would definitely hire him again.

Dave really went all out to help me with my heater issue. Found problem, had the part & fixed all within 45 minutes and very reasonable with costs.
