Description of Work: "Brandisi did not complete the job to our satisfaction. We wrote to them and left them phone messages which they have ignored. Their workers were pleasant and accommodating but one of the owners was rude throughout our dealings with them. My wife called him to express concerns about something. He told her never to contact them again and hung up on her I would strongly recommend not using this contractor."

Description of Work: Wanted 500 dollars to come give me an estimate. They lost a chance to bid on a $450000 dollar job because of this. Out of the half a dozen quotes I got, these guys were the only one who weren't even willing to come out and give me an estimate. Approx. 450000.00

Description of Work: While I did not use Brindisi Builders, I would of gladly done so if given the opportunity. Professionally, I believe the manner in which businesses answer their phones illustrates how they perform a service...that initial phone response if reflective of how they conduct every aspect of their business dealings. I called Brindisi for an estimate, as they came highly recommended...while they were uncertain that they serviced the Montgomery County area they could not have been more cordial. They would check and get back to me...the following morning a representative promptly phoned me and apologized but their services did not extend to our location. Our phone call could of easily been dismissed, rather than it was immediately responded to in an extremely professional manner. In an age when a large majority of requests are ignored, this company extended the courtesy...speaks volumes.

 + -1 moreIt was amazing how fast they were. They were finished in about 6 weeks. I wish the overall communication was a little better, but they told me that the person responsible for working with us had left a few weeks prior. There were some breakdowns between what we wanted and what they did. They changed the plans without telling us, which turned out to be a nice surprise in the way it turned out. My family and friends have used them in the past with glowing reports, so I am more then willing to use them again based on the finished product.
