Description of Work: The company gave me a firm estimate based on the size of my house and zip code. When they came to do services, the service provider stated it would be another $75.00 for a warranty beyond 30 days. If we didnt take the warranty, we would be charges full fee again if ants were seen again after 30 days. This should have been stated at the time the original estimate was given. It increased the cost of the job by 30%. I shopped by price, so this negated any savings I thought I was getting over competitors. I was not home at the time of service. My husband felt pressured to accept the deal. I will not be using Advanced Termite again.

Description of Work: Mosquito service was started. Technician was really nice and professional. Explained everything in detail to include safety details of the chemical used. We will see if it works! I would recommend their service for any bug or pest control. They stand by thier work.

+ -1 moreI like them because they’re a small, local company, and they come to my house. Their workers are knowledgeable and informative about the products they use, and how they work. They educate me about the service. I’m not an expert on pest control, but I believe they know what they’re doing, because I don’t have termites! Once I developed confidence in their work, I stopped comparing prices, so I don’t know if their price is reasonable or not. Some of my neighbors use other companies that don’t do a good job. My primary concern with this company is that they do a good job and keep the termites away. The only problem I’ve ever had with them is that they don’t always call back to set up an appointment once I send my check in every year, so they’re not as organized and responsive as I would like them to be.
Description of Work: I’ve been using Advanced Termite & Pest Control in Marlton for about 5 years. They come out for an annual checkup each year in the Spring.
