Our oven control unit on our 15 year old double oven stopped working. The part was no longer carried by the manufacturer so Chris found a place to re-manufacture the unit thereby saving us the cost of a new oven. Chris did a great job and I would definitely use him again for any appliance repairs.

Chris was incredibly helpful and professional! I’m so glad I called Axon and I will definitely call him again if I have any issues with my appliances. I’ve recommended him to my friends and family.

1. Called him Sep 2016 to replace refrigerator control board. That went well. 2. While he was there, asked if he would take a look at my dishwasher which was leaking. He returned with a door gasket and fixed that too saying "If continues to leak, give me a call". A few weeks later, I left a voice message letting him know the dishwasher started leaking again. I never got the courtesy of a return call. 3. Fast forward 4 months to today Jan 28. A very large HVAC company had said I needed to replace my entire HVAC system. I'm thinking I'd simply have the 3 bad parts replaced or at least get a 2nd opinion. I like keeping $ in town so thought of Aaxon. I filled out a contact form on Aaxon's website. That was 7 days ago. Again, did not get the courtesy of a reply or call. If people are too busy, which does happen, fine. But, at least have the decency to let the buyer know, or risk getting a bad reputation. Only reason I'm not giving all Fs is because the initial repair for the refrigerator went well.
