Unresponsive and never stick to appointments. Doesn’t even call customers that they are not able to stick to appointment. We can’t plan and get any work done through then. I had called them to get an estimate for Drainage and sprinkler system installation. They gave me an appointment a month later. Wait for a month and No one shows up on the day of appointment and no one calls as well. Called them again and they gave appointment 2 days later. Again no one shows up and no one calls as well. Called them again and they say they person is going to come next day and the person would call me directly. No one shows up again. Called them again and got a different answer - “Person will come when he is in area and can’t give any appointment “. When I mention that I had been rescheduled twice already and had been waiting more than 6 weeks, they said they are busy and they can’t give any appointment for estimates for next one month and they can’t also do the work for next one month. I could understand that they are busy. But they should be straightforward and tell the customer they can’t take new customers so that we can look for other companies . They should at least have the curtesy of calling customer when they don’t show up.

We use Watermizer as regular sprinkler and irrigation contractor since ~2010. Overall they provide very good service at a fair price. They open and close our 18 head sprinkler system and replace any broken heads, which are often cut by lawn mowing people. Once system is on each season we rarely need their service, but opening and closing at start and end of season is critical. This is good neighborhood company and we would recommend them as irrigation contractor.

All worked out well. The contractor came, reviewed the problem areas, suggested the remediation, costs, etc. Everything worked out great.

Very professional company. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and told us a lot about how sprinkler systems work and the things to consider. I also have an annual maintenance contract with them. Definitely A grade
