well.. they came on thursday... took it all apart and low and behold.... didnt have a belt that fit!!! ok need my dryer for work... so i said can you do it tomorrow?? sure... i call the next day... didnt have belt yet... so sat. i leave work early so as i could be there.... call the guy... no ans. he calls back... HAVE TO GO TO MY MOMS HOUSE IN STATEN ISLAND!!!!!!!!! so another two days!!!!!! comes on monday... takes two minutes....backed up my work bad!!!!!!!and 250.00 for a belt!!!!!!! i must be nutz!!! so no angie..... dont like your services!!!!!!!!!!

At my wits end, my wife suggested we try a local repair shop, Expert Appliance Center. I called them and they said they'd come out and take a look. Mark came out and took a look at it, and was unsure he could install the part, but if we were willing to pay, he would try. We agreed to his price and scheduled a day for him to do it. He spent a lot of time figuring out which wires were which, and ultimately installed the new piece. This required much rewiring and repositioning, and even required reversing the metal mounting bracket, cutting one of the sides, and drilling new holes in it. I watched and he explained the entire process, and I understood what he was doing, but I still don't think I could repeat the process myself. He ended up having to come back a third time to reconnect the control for the stove pilotless ignition (since he ran out of time), but it was only a few days later. He cleaned up after himself and was quite pleasant. But most of all, the stove is working better than ever. Kudos to Mark for a job well done.

They did a good job - no hassle, upfront price, fixed the dehumidifier. I would use them again.

I had another company tell me to replace the dryer. Alex from Expert Appliance quickly figured out the problem & fixed it for $250.

This contractor showed up, told me it was low on freon. Charged me $200 on top of $70 service fee. Said problem solved, all good. I dont know whether it was really low on freon or not but that's not what I wanted resolved. The fridge continues to run most of the time consuming about 150W of energy. Called the guy back. He was rude and obnoxious and loud, said it's impossible because he is in business for 29 years and call your electrician. Not sure what an electrician has to do with anything, but I asked him to please come and see the fridge again. After a while he said he would come back "on Saturday". Of course, I never heard from him again.

It took three weeks to resolve the issue.

It went fine and everything is running fine. The guy was very knowledgeable. He did a good job and was very efficient.

The technician troubleshooted the problem and provided the quote to repair with parts.

Unit was replaced but did not work. They were able to get it to work after coming back two more times. They manager was polite but the repairman was rude on the phone. Once it was working it made a consistent creaking noise. They said they were busy and would come out when they had time. But, they didn't come back even after several calls.

OK, they fixed the leak.

it was fine. unfortunately they had to come back to fix something on the washer, but so far - so good. Appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions.

Everything went very smoothly. The technician was very respectful came diagnose the issue get right to work had it running like brand new and was right out the door. He service was excellent as well as the price I was given was more then fair. They treated me like family, I would definitely use this provider again and most definitely going to refer them to all of my family , friends and neighbors. My fridges icemaker and waterline were not working. I called two other repair company's and they took forever to call me back, and even longer to come here. After the long wait they still didn't know what they were doing, and charges me over $400. I called Expert Appliance and I could honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. I highly recommend Expert Appliance. Same day service and the owner was amazing! Fixed our refrigerator and went above and beyond to clean the coils in and out. It's like brand new. We will be using them again.

I brought it to another company first and they couldn't fix it so I took it to Expert Appliance Center LLC and they had it fixed within a day. They also offer appliance repair so I will be going back to get those fixed as well. They are perfect for everything I need and I trust them since they were able to fix my vacuum so quickly.
