Description of Work: Jack was excellent. He came and spent a lot of time with me going over everything I wanted. He knows his business very well. Unfortunately, he was not able to do the work because he discovered an underlying problem with the support beams under the house. Even still, he referred us to another excellent contractor who is now helping us sort everything out. In the future we won't hesitate at all to have Jack come and do any work to our floors.

 + -1 moreJACK CONTACTED ME AN WE LOOKED OVER THE JOB. HE WAS EXTREMELY BUSY FROM THE FLOOD. OURS WAS A SMALL JOB, SO WE DECIDED THAT HE WOULD CALL WHEN HE HAD A BREAK IN HIS SCHEDULE. THE JOB WAS SMALL BUT STILL TOOK PART OF 3 DAYS. JACK CAME ON 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS AND THE FLOOR LOOKED BEAUTIFUL WHEN HE FINISHED.
Description of Work: ONE ROOM HAD BEEN DIVIDED INTO A BEDROOM AND A CLOSET. INSIDE THE CLOSET THE FLOORS WERE NOT REFINISHED OUTSIDE THE CLOSET THEY WERE. WHEN THE DIVIDING WALL CAME DOWN JACK WAS ABLE TO REFINISH THE ENTIRE AREA.BLENDING THEM INTO ONE SEAMLESS FLOOR.

Description of Work: John the owner came in and refinished the 100 yr. floors in the 1st floor of our duplex.
