Wilber's Painting

I demand a lot of attention from the folks I work with. Our estimator/primary point of contact was Israel. He was very communicative and dealt very well with the changing needs of our project. I specifically can't say how *well* we felt the entirety of the interior work went. We were impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism and politeness of the crew. They easily fit into the agreed to schedule.

Did a great job priming and painting kitchen cabinets at a great price. Were on time every day, friendly, and finished on time. Some dust and paint residue did make it through the taped off room onto the floor and into an adjacent room but we were renovating so it wasn't a big deal. They were willing to come back and look at paint on the floor before we found a cleaner that was able to remove it. Their price was easily the best and they were able to do the job without taking the cabinets or doors offsite.

I found Wilber?s Painting on Angie?s List and had them paint and wall paper my kitchen and hallway and replace some molding. They are great! They covered everything so the sanding did not spread all over my house. The workmanship was superb. Customer service is excellent too. They return calls and emails very promptly and are very pleasant. The estimator and workmen were available to handle any concerns that I had. I have already gotten prices for additional work. I can only praise this wonderful company. Thanks to Christian, Esteban, Carlos, Hugo, Julia and Natia (hope I included everyone) for the terrific work they do.

Carlos, came on time March 14, 2016 to prepare the room by covering the walls and floor and seal the door ways with plastic. He then prep the room by applying skim coating the ceiling which needed to dry over night. He return on time the next morning and sanded the area. After he cleaned the area and completed the job by applying one coat of paint for the ceiling and one coat for the Trim. After Carlos, cleaned up and vacuum the area. He had me check the area before he left. I must say Carols, is very punctuality, good worker attitude and an outstanding worker. For my next paint job in the future I would like have Carlos to do the job.

Wilber's Painting crews were punctual, reliable, and very professional. Before starting each job, they went over the details of all the work to be done. They anticipated issues and kept us fully informed. They did an outstanding job throughout. They also "went the extra mile" to make our home look even better, such as power-washing our outside benches while they were performing the actual job of power-washing our exterior prior to painting it. We thought those benches would look awful forever. Thanks to Wilber's Painting, both the interior and exterior of our home look awesome! We highly recommend Wilber's Painting.

I highly recommend Wilber's Painting. We found their pricing to be competitive with other companies. The end result is beautiful, and everyone that worked on our house was professional and courteous throughout the entire project. Their crew was on time and arrived everyday (weather permitting) until the project was completed.

They did a great job, keep me informed.

I was dissatisfied with the first crew that did the job. But, thankfully, the company owner agreed with my opinion. He sent a second crew to fix the problems, so the final job was very good.

Wilbur's is wonderful! Wilbur came to give me the original estimate and was extremely professional and kind. His crew are all professional and truly good guys who are detail oriented and take pride in their work. I would definitely hire them in the future!

They came on time as promised last Saturday to give me an estimate for painting the exterior of my house. They failed to give me that estimate. A week has passed and I have had no contact with them. At the time of the survey last Saturday I made sure they had all my correct email and phone numbers. I guess they were too busy to even do an estimate. I have since hired another painting company who did seem to want my business. They are in the process of painting my house now.

They were very nice. He answered immediately through email. Unfortunately, we are not in his radius. My fault for not looking as I just put 10 or 25 miles in looking for a painter. I wrote back and asked for a suggestion and he kindly gave me a name. If he came to my area I would really consider him as he was responsive which is very important.

I would recommend Wilber's Painting. Very Professional. They came when they said they would. The quality of their work was excellent. Great Job!

Christian showed up on time and made a very thorough examination of what was needed to provide a good paint job on the exterior of the house. He explained everything in detail and made suggestions. A written estimate was mailed and also sent to me on the computer along with other pertinent information such as dealing with old , lead paint properly. After settling on a date, three men, Alonso, Jesus, and Victor came to do the work. Everyone was very courteous and arrived on time in the six days it took to do the job. The house is a large home built in 1932. The men worked diligently without complaint even after my constantly supervising them and asking questions. They gave the house three coats of paint being careful to the details of the house. They covered bushes and parts of the roof with each section. They even tried to preserve my flowers and plants that were along the side of the house. I believe this is a very trustworthy business that cares about customer satisfaction and doing the job correctly.

I am extremely particular about the quality of work done on our home. I was more than satisfied with ALL aspects of the job. Wilbur gave me a fair price at the outset, and his crew proceeded to make our house look beautiful. I have had many experiences with companies that try to pad the final cost with "unforseen" extras. That did NOT happen with Wilbur's. We received first quality work at every step of the way, and he and his people were as nice as they were professional. There were no major issues, and whatever few requests I made along the way were accommodated quickly and effectively. It was truly a happy experience. The job was done a year ago-it is holding up beautifully. The next time I need painting or carpentry done, i'll be calling Wilburs because I trust them and they are GREAT at what they do.

Quality of work was outstanding and worth every penny. They did a good job of covering carpeting, furniture, air conditioner and anything that needed which kept the rest of my house cleaner. They used zero emission paint at my request and were able to match the colors that I wanted. Everyone was very easy to deal with. They came not only on the date promised but at the time promised. They estimated the job would be 3 days and they finished in 2 and a half days. Their work is guaranteed for two years. I would definitely recommend to others.

The work done by Wilber's crew was excellent. They arrived right on time, they were very careful with our newly refinished hardwood floors, and they worked very hard. There were lots of lumpy walls and ceilings to smooth coat in addition to the painting and replacing the baseboards on the ground floor. Everything was done perfectly. As an extra advantage, they also coordinated with an electrician to get two new lights installed (and patched the holes generated). Based on our experience, we're currently using Wilber's company to re-do our bathroom. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Everything was done well and we are very happy with the end results. The carpentry was completed very fast. Added $100 to the carpentry price to replace a portion of wood not originally included. Rain delayed painting. Once started, the painters arrived each morning and put in a full day of work. They cleaned off almost all residue left from residue left by overgrown ivy, washed then painted everything. We thought we would need to replace old garage doors but they sanded, filled in holes and now they look great. I also was thinking of painting the large wood front door but we took Wilber's advice and had them lightly sand and re-stain it. As an add-on, I also had them paint our metal gate. Being Tudor style, they had a lot of trim to paint on all 3 structures. They cleaned up each evening before they left. The whole team was very professional. I will hire them again when we get to working on the insides of the house.

My house is almost 100 years old, and the original paint layer was starting to fail. The second story is shingled, and most of the paint needed to be sanded off down to the wood. Jesus and his crew did a meticulous job sanding and prepping the house for painting; they sanded about 40% of it right down to bare wood. They then power washed and got down to painting. Throughout the process they kept me updated on what would be happening the next day and answered all my questions. The windows on the house are original, so it was unavoidable that the sashes would stick the day after painting. They carefully opened them up for me, and repeated the process for several windows when they stuck again the next day. My neighbors were all extremely impressed at how hard and well the crew worked. FYI, the price I paid reflects the fact that a number of shingles needed to be replaced. As a side note, on the last day of painting they noticed that there were still a few shingles very high up that needed replacing--I hadn't even seen them. They replaced those shingles and painted them immediately. I even got aesthetic advice. I had chosen a color for the front door that I thought was black but really looked like a dark blue. Jesus stopped painting immediately and consulted me, and they substituted a plain black. The house looks stunning and I've received lots of compliments. I really couldn't be happier, and I would recommend Wilber's to anyone who wants a great paint job at a fair price.

I called asking for a proposal, Wilber came on schedule two days later and walked through the whole job with me. He pointed out things I didn't see and savings I didn't anticipate. He explained the whole job from start to finish, just how it would go, what to be aware of and what was needed of me. The job started close to schedule, one week later than agreed but Wilber's office called a week in advance of the original start date to say they would be slipping a week. Considering weather, etc, not surprised by the slip but very happy they notified me as early as they did. Once job started it went exactly as Wilber described. His crew were very professional, courteous and respectful of our property, plants, etc. They cleaned up every evening, leaving the work area safe for our 3 yr old. The end product was very good and they returned all items (patio furniture, plant pots, etc) to their original locations. I was very satisfied with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat.
