It all looks great. They made the process really easy. The previous home owner had painted over wall paper and I couldn't tell, they had to point it out to me. This was a big deal to me, but they told me not to worry about it and they took care of everything with only a small extra charge. They were able to rip off the old wall paper really quickly and when it was all done it didn't even look the same. They used the paint I requested which is the kind that didn't have any toxic fumes. They did the project in two phases at our request, otherwise they could have had the whole thing done in about a week and a half. They also did a little bit of carpentry work for me. They were flexible and made the whole process simple for us, I was very happy with them. I have already recommended them to a couple of people.

I must say we are disappointed. After reading the other great reviews, we were almost already sold on these painters before Wilber came to give us an estimate. Additionally, my husband had a great impression of Wilber when he came to our house. The problem was that Wilber needed to send us the second part of the estimate for the work and he never did. We called back several times to follow up as well. We were told by the office staff that they would have the appropriate person email us but it never happened. I called yet again and left the email address again along with my phone number and never got a reply. I left yet another message on Wilber's cell phone, letting him know how many times we have followed up. I thought he might want to know if it was his staff that was dropping the ball. I thought he might not want to lose the business, but he never called back as well. He first came out to give us an estimate on 9/8/09 and now it is 9/24/09. My regret is that I waited for them instead of deciding to work with another company. It was a waste of time and I worry it may be late in the season to get another painter. If he was too busy to accept our business, I would have preferred being told that instead of ignored.

I thought they were fabulous. They came and gave us an estimate for the paint work. Then they came back to give us an estimate on all the carpentry to be done. It was the only estimate we received that was clear and included everything because this is a 100 year old Victorian house so there is a lot of things that have failed over the years like fascia boards and things like that. They gave us a totally conclusive estimates on the carpentry and painting. It was obvious we were not going to get any surprises. That is why we went with them. I thought they were %100 honest. They gave us everything that had to be fixed and did not surprise and I know a lot of painters start and then add on what needs to be fixed. I felt they were the most honest with us. They painted this monstrous house within two weeks which is really fast. They did a really good job. They even took my plants off the front porch and they must have watered them. They put them on the porch two weeks later and they were still alive; I had forgotten all about them. They really did make themselves conspicuous. I thought it was nice they took care of my plants because I forgot about them.

They came and gave the estimate and brought color charts and references. They were willing to repair small carpentry issues on the house. My house is stucco and they were only one of two painting contractors that offered to use masonry paint. They were on time every day and were very neat and left my house beautiful. They did a wonderful overall job. All promises were kept.

It was fabulous! They put down plastic all over, the color was beautiful, they took down all of my draperies, and vacuumed afterwords. They moved furniture and helped me rehang all of my paintings. They were quick to respond to my phone calls and were always prompt to arrive. They were very nice, and I plan to use them again.

Absolutely great. Excellent approach during estimate. There was an identified person in charge on site 90% of the time. If there was a question, it was dealt with promptly. Clean up was done every day, and their materials in no way interfered with our day to day activities. They notified neighbors as to when sanding was to be done, so they could close windows, etc. Overall, we could not have been more pleased.

Overall the team did an outstanding job. The attention to detail and effort was truly impressive. First the entire house was covered with paper and plastic to ensure the floors were not damaged. The walls were then patched and given a skim coat to ensure complete smoothness. Areas were sanded down as necessary. Then a primer coat with two layers of finish coats. The crew assigned (Alberto, William, and Co.) took the time to ensure that we were very satisfied with the work including helping with testing color coats and a follow-ups throughout the process to ensure satisfaction. Finally we asked for them to use an eco friendly paint and this was no issue. Everythings looks great. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone.

They were exceedingly clean, careful, and pleasant to work with. Came when they said they would, moved all the furniture very carefully, and protected the walls and carpets well. We had been nervous because the carpet and wallpaper could not be cleaned if damaged-but they were exceedingly careful. There was no problem. They cleaned up every night before they went home.

Crew was polite, friendly and receptive to many various requests(change of color on doors, touch ups here and there, etc.). Good clean up when job was done. Wilber extended the warranty season when job had to start later(at my request)than originally scheduled.

Chose this company after getting three estimates. Wilber, who gave us the estimate, walked around the house with us and explained in detail what work would be done and what materials would be used. He made us so comfortable that we chose his company even though another company had given a lower estimate by $150. Once we agreed on the job, the work progressed just as described. Huberth, the crew leader, gave us an update every morning on what work would be done and every evening on the work planned for the next day. When the work was interrupted by rain, Huberth phoned to keep us updated. When the painting was done, all the equipment was removed and no trash was left behind (not even a gum wrapper). The price we paid was exactly as estimated. We are very satisfied and would hire them again.

They came very promptly every morning. They worked the entire day and they worked very hard. They had the job done in a very timely manner. They were very accommodating about my color choice. They would answer all of my questions. Wilber himself was here in the morning and evening and I could always reach him during the day if needed.

Wilber and his team of painters were very conscientious of their work and made certain that we were pleased with the work as it progressed. The estimate we received was thorough and the area around our home was kept as clean as possible with tarps and coverings. We got 6 estimates for our exterior painting and the prices were all over the place. Wilber's pricing was extremely competitive and he was the only exterior painter who gave us options and 3 different estimates: sanding the house to bare wood, spot sanding and spot sanding and sanding to bare wood as deemed very necessary. They were prompt and even finished the job a day early. We had a dedicated crew. They even took down the unwanted satellite dish from our roof for us! We are very pleased with the finished product and will be using them next spring to paint the interior of our home.

Very well. Wilber did a detailed job with the estimate and pointed out some areas needing work that we had overlooked. They were able to accommodate our schedule when another local company had a two month wait. The crew used HEPA filters and covered each section as they worked on it, which kept the mess down. We got helpful advice about colors and we are thrilled with our new look.

Everything went very smoothly. The owner himself, Wilber Vargas, came to do the estimate. He was very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision about the job. He also gave us his own cell phone number to call if we had any questions. The estimate was thorough and the price was very fair. The crew who came to do the painting arrived on time, gave a full day's work, cleaned up at the end of every day, and were friendly and easy to have in the house. We were very pleased with the quality of the work.
