Description of Work: Called them on 5 separate occasions for a quote for landscaping for my home. They answered one time and said to call back tomorrow. The rest of calls where sent to voicemail and never answered. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreIt goes well. The crew is reliable and get the job done quickly. They generally do an acceptable job and do it for the lowes tprice around. I've used their services for the past 6 years and have no complaints. I only wish they did more than basic cutting such as mulching, lawn repair and treatments. Overall they are reliable, fair priced and good at cutting.
Description of Work: Monthly lawn maintenance including cutting the lawn, spring clean up, fall leaf removal, occasional hedge trim, basic spring fertilization.

+ -1 moreThe plus side is that when we called asking why they did the work when we asked for a quote, they didn't attempt to charge us for the work they did without authorization. Probably they are OK, they did a good job cleaning up the yard (not that we asked for that to be done), but we just felt the communication barrier was too high to try to attempt getting a quote again.
Description of Work: The provider did a good job cleaning the yard, but the thing is we called to ask for an estimate to mow the lawn, and maybe do a spring clean up. We didn't ask for the work to be performed, only asked someone to come by and check the place out and give us an estimate for service.

+ -1 moreThey do lawn care very well. When we have asked them to do other things, the results have been mixed. For plowing services, how promptly they show depends on who else they're plowing. This year has been pretty good. Often, we end up digging out before they arrive. The price can't be beaten.
Description of Work: Oriental Gardner mows our lawn and does spring and fall cleanup, in addition to plowing in the winter time.

Description of Work: The owner came out to look at the lawn and give us an estimate. He said he would send us an estimate via mail. We never heard from him. We left message, after message - then one day we got him on the phone he said he had been sick but would start work visit again with the estimate and start work later that week - we never heard from him again. Maybe the project was too small for him - I don't know. His behavior was far from professional.

+ -1 moreYou really can't beat the price for this service. They show up once a week and do everything they're supposed to. They do finish the job pretty quickly and I did notice once that they missed a spot. I do, however, think they do a great job for the amount they are charging us.

+ -1 moreIT STARTED OUT PRETTY GOOD WHEN WE FIRST HIRED THE COMPANY, BUT THEY APPARENTLY GOT BUSIER AND HIRED SOME KIDS TO DO THE WORK. THEY ARE NOT VERY RELIABLE AND ALSO DO NOT SEEM TO BE VERY PICKY ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY CHARGE US $65 A MONTH.
Description of Work: THEY BASICALLY JUST MOW THE LAWN AND DO THE LEAF BLOWING.
