Debra was very professional, the team did a nice job and the price was competitive. Definitely recommend Neat Storage. The floor was not epoxy but there more durable polyuria coating.

Deb is amazing. She designed a complete storage and organization system for our 5-car garage. The coating looks fantastic, and the fit and finish of the cabinetry and storage units are impressive. We vetted 5 or 6 contractors before hiring Deb for this job, and we are so excited and happy with the end result. She is a real pleasure to do business with.

GREAT! Debra looked at everything we had and planned the shelving around our lifestyle and our belongings. She made it all so easy. The garage looks great and stayed neat long after she left! We never pulled cars in the garage until we met Debra!

Debra Stone came over to assess the storage areas available in the garage and inquired about our needs. She observed the items we had around the garage and asked questions to make sure she met our needs. She then went back and designed the storage system specifically to provide us the maximum storage for the space. Debra's crew came in the weekend after and installed the system making sure they located the shelving to maximize accessibility. which was considerate. They were quick, efficient and neat. So far we have moved many items up to the storage units and believe they are extremely well constructed and solidly installed. I'd definitely use Debra for storage needs and other services they can provide (Neat Storage Systems). Debra followed up to ask how it went and provided an extra bar and hooks to make sure I had everything I needed in the short term. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Debra was incredibly responsive and came on a weekend to measure and design our garage. Less than a week later the system was installed and the garage floors were finished. Everything looks great and came in at or under the estimate. Highly recommended!

They process went very well. I opened the garage in the morning for them to get to it and I left for work. When I returned I was so amazed at how incredible my new garage floor looked I almost didn't want to drive on it. My wife said that Debra was extremely helpful in putting all of our things back into the garage in an organized way. Although this was slightly more expensive than other quotes I had received, I am very impressed with the quality of the epoxy and shelving units. The only issue we had was there were extra a few of the chips they used still left on the driveway.

At first, I didn't know if I wanted cabinets or storage racks. I just knew I needed a better way of dealing with the sports equipment, seasonal items, lawn chairs, gardening stuff, tools, etc. Debra asked really great questions and worked with my budget and timeframe. No pressure or upselling at all. Very professional. Her crew is very hard working and efficient.
