First of all the guys started earlier then the time nd move so quickly nd efficiently. The overall time of the move was an hour less nd no damage to any of the furniture. Second the guys were so nice and great. Really cared about your stuff! Would highly recommend! Made my moving day so much easier nd worth every penny!

The mover was very professional. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and taped. Glass was packed in special boxes. Not one thing was broken or damaged. The mover worked quickly and efficiently. The trucks used in the move were sprayed for pests. Excellent service and very highly recommended.

The move went well and there were no items damaged. Pleased with the service provided and would use them again. As I have moved internationally numerous times, I found the cost for a local move very expensive in comparison.

The movers were courteous and did everything possible to make sure my experience with them was pleasant and it was. The best movers I ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

They have excellent reputation and I chose them because they were professional, reliable, very honest, filled with integrity and really very committed to every single thing that they would do for me. They came to my appointment right on schedule and they were not late. They were willing to remove their shoes when I asked them to take it off on the interview. With regards to price they are on the high side but when I consider what the commitment is mind you they have not delivered my possessions as yet because I am not over there. Overall my experience has been total pleasure. They understand the customer. They do whatever for the customer to be happy. Regarding the price I got what I wanted.

The estimate was provided courteously, right on time and very accurately. The movers arrived in timely fashion and were very nice. They carefully wrapped or boxed everything, then placed extra pads around furniture before entering the elevator and carrying things to the large, clean van. At the end of the day, the truck was placed in clean, secure storage overnight so that the movers could be refreshed for the long drive and unpacking at my new home, where they carefully and courteously placed the furniture and boxes in the requested places. There was no damage to items nor were there any additional charges, not even for tolls or gas. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone contemplating a future move.

General Moving Carriers were fine. They were very good. They did what they said they were going to do, there was no increase in price, and everything was fine. No hitches whatsoever. Just make sure that you get everything in writing.

They showed up on time and they were very courteous and professional.

Update 2: As promised, they sent the crew for repairs and did an excellent job. I have to say the customer service is extraordinary and my first experience is a one-off. I will use them again. UPDATE : Jacob from Customer Service called me to fix all the outstanding issues after reading the feedback. He has promised to send his crew to fix the installation issues. I appreciate the effort and concern. However, I will change the review once the job is done. Original Review: I used the same company twice in a matter of 2 months as I had to vacate my house before moving into another. I hired I called the company a few times before the Lona(The rep) gave me a written estimate for the move. The initial estimate was for a complete move, but as I couldn't find another house,I just had them move to a public storage which is a much simpler move. But the guys took the same time as quoted and were moving very slow. They also charge based on the packing material they use and charge for each fragile furniture item on top of what's quoted. It's a total rip off. Well, for the second move from the storage to my house, I decided to use them as they had dismantled my furniture. However, the guys who showed up refused to put several pieces together as they weren't the same guys who dismantled them. That was real lame of an excuse. Whatever they fixed was shoddy, my bed and dresser were not assembled correctly. They didnt finish the job inspite of me requesting them a few times. I had already paid them the money and tips. What a shame, as I wouldn't have tipped them for the quality of work performed. I will NEVER use them again or recommend to my friends.

Excellent this is a truly professional outfit and moved all of our furniture with not one scratch or breakage. Everything was wrapped and padded and they made sure the floors and walls of both the house we moved out of and the townhouse we moved in to were covered and protected.
