+ -1 moreMike is extremely helpful, knowledge and professional. I would recommend him for any project. He has been working with his father for years and is taking over the family business that his father owned for 50 years.
Description of Work: Mike Fischetti has done numerous work at my residence. Replacing toilets, unclogged pipes, repaired pipes that were frozen and burst, installed sump pump. Mike was always available when called.

+ -1 moreA day after he left I discovered he did not do a very good job. The faucet was leaking. I called him to come back over and we agreed for him to come at 2. He didn't show so I called him and he said he couldn't make it. He called me back at a later date after I contacted the chamber of commerce. We set up a 2 oclock appointment again, which he did not show for. I called him again and he said he did not have my phone number. The same phone number that he called me back at he supposedly did not have so he could tell me again he couldn't make it. He never came back to fix his shotty workmanship. There was no interest in fixing the work that he did wrong.
Description of Work: I called him because I needed help with a faucet in my sink.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN WE CALLED THEM AND FINISHED UP THE JOB QUICKLY. WE WERE QUITE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED A LEAK ON THE WATER HEATER.
